cx complaint no cool. confirmed complaint. found compressor bad. ordering parts needed for repair; ordrng 1 W11592010 (compressor) and 1 W11109499 (drier) and 1 W11506635 (coupler) and 1 look (look)

cx stated upon arrival unit working at time and saw no point in me looking. stated he would call back if it failed again

arrived to find cx outside of warranty. advised of charge to find cx cancelled stating they would look for EPP prior to calling us back notified if unable to find epp diag was 120 and labor starts at 110 cx agreed

"upon arrival compressor no longer running, replaced compressor pressurized nitrogen, found leak on ff evap, heavy corrosion on condenser from sitting in water, replaced condenser and drier, replaced ff evap, installed board kit, vacuumed to -30' hg, pressure held for 20 min, charged, low pressure at 0 while cooling fc, advised cx to monitor, unit working as designed."
