CX complaint is WM no agitate. Inspected/tested and found unit will not agitate due to defective actuator. Replaced actuator from pre-id. Calibrated and then retursted and WM is now working properly. Job is complete

CX complaint is FC door wont close. Inspected/tested and found ice on rails. CX stated that its much better than the other day when they came home from a week vacation. You can tell CX not opening door properly because the handle was reallyloose on the left side as mell as the handle mounting screw.Cleared ice off railes and lubricated rails and had CX check and he was very happy.Tightened handle and screws for CX. Explained to him the importance of opening and closing FC door properly. Unit working as designed. Job is complete

CX complaint is FC door wont close. Inspected and found cx had FC packed from top to bottom. and CX had knocked a big pack of salmon bhind bottom bin which was causing door not to close. Removed salmo and the door is now working properly. Job is complete

"CX complaint is dryer making squeaking noise. Inspected tested and verified complaint Foiund idler, 3 rollers(out of 5) siezed on post and belt wearing from idler not rolling properly. Installed dryer repair kit from VS. Also cleaned and PM'd roller posts. Put back together and retested and the dryer is now squeak free. Job is complete; ordrng 1 4392067 (dryer repair kit FRVS), used 1 4392067 (DRYER REPAIR KIT FRVS) from stock"

Cx complaint is FC drawer not closing properly. Replaced the slides from previpous diagnosis and unit is now working as designed. Job is complete.
