cx complaint is the unit not powering on or running at all. confirmed complaint. unit is unresponsive. found no voltage at terminal block. found breaker was off. once on unit ran and heated properly. terminal block is wired properly adn supplying 216vac. advised cx if issue returns to have breaker replaced. it is very old. unit is working as designed.
