cx complaint the unit had condensation in the fc and going into the rc unit in built in space and was all the way against the wall in the back and not much room on the sides i brough the unit out and air should be able to move away from unit and door all sealing raised unit so doors close on there own better

"CX complaint is that the unit is not opperating correctly and leaking in the basement. I CX informed me that he is having a plumbing issues with the stainpipe to where the siliconed pipe that drain hose go's into is tight and the stanpipe on the bottomside in the basement is loose and can move. I advised CX to use the unity sink next to the washer until plumbing is addressed. I found a F2E3 erro code before service and after each auto test that was run. I am ordering 1 control (W10734521) and 1 encoder board (W11627516). Once the parts are avaloible, please ahve someone form the office call to set a retun date.; ordrng 1 W11627516 (encoder board) and 1 W11633362 (control board)"

"Cx complaint water doesn't have steady flow when dispensing. Dispensed water and found water had slow flow. Removed filter, placed bypass cap inside and moved unit from of wall and water had strong flow. When filter is in housing water dispenses slow and stops. Instructed cx to replace filter and if water flow remains slow to call back and possibly replace filter housing. Cx will keep bypass cap on so water flows steady. Unit runs as designed"
