"customer stated that the unit would freeze the ff section, even when temps are set to the warmest... on arrival the units ff temp was 45-50, but the customer showed pics of temps.. tested the damper in diag and it was functional.. need parts. possable programing issue; ordrng 1 w11595219 (control) and 1 w11566894 (ui assy)"

Customer complaint is that the power cord will not plug into the wall. Inspection of the power cord found one of the prongs is split and will not enter the outlet properly. Harness replaced and unit plugged in. Unit powered up and is working properly. Old part left with customer.

"Customer complaint is that the unit stopped mid cycle and now will not run. Checked for stored error codes and found F7E1. Started a test cycle and the cycle ran properly, but there was a little squeaking noise when spinning slowly. At completion of the cycle, the unit threw the same error code again. Inspection of the drive system found no loose connections. Actuator replaced and unit retested. Unit ran properly. Old part left with customer.; ordrng 1 W11481722 (actuator(KM VS)), used 1 W11481722 (ACTUATOR) from stock"

Customer complaint is that the unit knocks when spinning. Suspension is weak. Cabinet is not level. Cabinet leveled. Ran calibration cycle to test drive system. Unit agitates and spins properly. Valves are working. Suspension replaced and unit recalibrated. Unit is working properly. Old suspension returned for quality analysis.

Blower wheel and motor replaced and tested. Unit is working properly. Old motor left with customer. Old blower wheel returned for quality analysis.
