"Replaced main control and UI and transformer. Tested unit, unit started making ice in the first 5mins of it running. Recir. pump turned on. Advised customer to change filter let it run for a while. Unit is now working properly."

"installed control board, UI, filter housing and gaskets. removed evap cover and compared to ordered part. harness is different. cx was also mailed an evap cover, it doesnt match either. called techline again. they advised having parts specialist contact parts distributer with this issue and have them contact whrilpool parts to investigate. tell them its a cx complaint. called parts specialist, they said they would contact dist. cx wants unit replaced, shes tired of going through this.; saved tckt"

"inspected evap cover prior to arrival, still wrong. valve harness good but only 3 connectors on right side, need 6. took unit apart anyway to get pics of harnesses on unit. called techline and submitted pics. also documented, alot of ice around icebox duct gaskets. big ice block under shelf asm by filter housing and fan stayed running after putting unit in test mode. unit will need evap cover with blue wire to valve on left side and 6 connectors on right side, 2 duct gaskets, control kit that comes with ui and main control, and filter housing. TL is sending unit to engineers and putting unit up for review. will call in to office when with steps moving forward when they get back to me; ordrng 1 W11395641 (evap cover(REORDER INSPECT)) and 1 W11451366 (filter housing) and 1 W11533211 (control kit) and 2 W10828417 (duct gaskets)s"

"cx complaint unit stopped making ice again when he pressed max ice button now its not making ice in either mode. inspected unit and verified complaint. no errors. found recirculation pump not running, only getting 8-10v, should be 12.8vac. ordering control and transformer. also ordering ui because issue started when he pressed max ice. call cx to schedule return visit once we have eta on parts; ordrng 1 W11034363 (control) and 1 W11325205 (ui) and 1 WPW10485951 (transformer)"

"inspected both evap covers upon arrival, both are wrong, need a combination of the harnesses on the 2 covers, pics saved. W11395641 has correct harness to valve but wrong harness on right side(only 3 connectors but needs 6). W11610998 has correct harness on right side but wrong harness to valve(doesnt have blue and light blue wires). video called previous tech to make sure neither are right. called MR and sent him pics for parts research. reordering evap cover. call cx to schedule return visit after inspecting cover and making sure we have correct cover.; ordrng 1 W11395641 (evap cover(INSPECT))"
