"Cx complaint unit doesn't make ice. Removed and inspected icemaker and found the switch underneath was in the off position. Turned switch to on and pressed the reset button, icemaker harvested and dumped the ice in the tray, then filled with water. Icemaker runs as designed. Unit checks good"

i was able to access unit and replace the FC top and bottom hinges. I found doors not level up together. unit now checks good.

i was able to access unit and replace the RC door and both top and bottom hinges. I found door sat the same way after install. I called TL was told to try the FC door hinges. once in please call cx and set up a return visit. please call TL if issue still remains after FC hinges are replaced.; ordrng 1 W10901052 (left top hinge) and 1 W11269265 (left bottom hinge)

i was able to access unit and replace the FC gasket and water reservoir as per previou tech. I found FC drain tube was clogged again. I was able to steam it out and found pee trap was clogged as well. got both steamed out and found unit now drains as designed. unit now checks good. collected $120 labor in check #1308
