Per previous diag I was able to access and replace the control and encoder. I then tested the unit and found that it is now functioning as intended. Job complete

Cx complaint is that the unit is not drying clothes and has water leaking from under the unit. Upon arrival I found that the unit is heating. I checked the lint screen and found that it is blowing air out not pulling it in. I removed the vent duct from the wall and found that it is flowing through the vent hose but not past the wall. I found that the exit had something jammed in it not allowing the flap to open. I removed the obstruction and verified that the dryer is now venting properly. Job complete.

Cx complaint isn that the unit is making noise when it is spinning. Upon arrival I found that the unit is level. i also ran the manual spin cycle and found that the unit is not making the noise. I inspected the area surrounding the unit and found that the water lines are resting against the back panel. WHen the unit is starting a spin cycle with a load in the hoses are bouncing off of the panel causing the noise. I advised the cx to use pool noodles on the water lines to minimize the noise. unit is functioning as intended. job complete.

Per previous tech I was able to access and replace the control box. I then repowered the unit and found that the unit is now functioning as intended. Job complete

cx complaint that unit is not turning i foudn the belt was fraided and not aroudn the motor. rest of unit parts were functional io replaced belt and no issues now works .
