"Cx complaint the lid on unit is locked. Restored power and the F5E3 error code appeared, lid latch fault. Unit won't allow to enter diag, it contiously flasjes error. Replaced lid latch using pre-id parts, recalibrated and ran auto test, test completed without further issues. Unit checks good"

"Cx complaint unit. Inspected unit and found the leak was coming from the element. The gold bushing on the left side had disintegrated. Replaced element per service pointer #11540964 and is covered under Scode 17304, ran test cycle and unit heats and no leaks were found. Unit checks good"

"Cx complaint the RC section isn't cooling. Inspected unit and found FC working as intended but ice forming at bottom of evap cover. Accessed evap and found ice clogging the chute to provide air for RC. Chute was clogged with styrofoam as well as ice. Removed ice and debris from chute, and now air flows through RC. Unit checks good"
