cx complaint after previous repair unit still not dispensing ice and water. however unfortunately upon todays arrival the unit appears to be dispensing both ice and water. with unit working currently there is very little that can be done to diag this specific concern. contacted techline to at least document the reoccuring concern. internal temp is 37 as of today with a set temp of 37. techline requesting that we permagum above the *airtower* where it extends past the ceiling panel. documented file; ordrng 1 212643 (sealer-gum)

"cx complaint unit did not heat during a recent cooking cycle. however upon todays inspection found that both the bake and broil elements are heating. checked and found 242v to the unit at the terminal block and 241v to each element when in cycle. both elements had continuity and heated during their respective cycles. possible there was an intermitent issue with the supply voltage that caused the issue, but cannot replicate at this time."
