"cx complaint bake doesnt lit. inspected unit and found glow ignitor does no come on when asking for bake. I found ignitor to have 121.4vac to unit. I found screws to be siezed. unit needs bake ignitor, bake burner and 2 screws to correct issue. once in please reach out to cx and set up a return visit.; ordrng 1 W11220387 (bake burner) and 2 W11676351 (screws)s and 1 W11176454 (bake ignitor)"

"cx complaint she was heating up a slice of stuffing and the unit cought fire inside. inspected unit and found whole inside of unit was black. cx left items inside unit so i can see them. cx was using a micro safe dishware with a microwave splash shield. cx had unit unplugged. I plugged unit in and found interior light came on and display came on. I found unit still heats, turn table still turns. I called TL, called safety, cx to call safety to get answers."

Cx complaint is that the ice will still not dispense all the time. Upon arrival I found that the ice will not always dispense. I found that the bottom of the ice bin has frost on it as well as the base of the chute. I found that the chute is allowing warm air that is causing the frost to build up on the bin.
