"Cx complaint that the unit is not cooling well. I inspected the unit and confirmed the complaint. I found the temp are too warm (48/3) and the evap has heavy ice. I run test 1,2,3 & 7. All pass and the heater comes on. As I remove the ice I found the bi metal on the copper tubing rather than on the insulation. I correctly positioned the bi metal and changed the defrost in test 8 to an eight hour cycle. I tested the unit for the cx. The unit is working as designed."
