cx compolaint water stays coming in unit while off now.inspected unit and got error f8e1 and found cald valve to stay open letting water to come in washer while unit is off.unit will need a new water valve.gave cx a qoute and said they we replace unit.

Customer complaint unit is not spinning. Found the unit is not spining and feels very loose. I removed the front panel and found the belt is broken. Replaced belt and tested unit is back to normal operations.

Customer complaint unit is not is not turning on. I tested the unit and the unit is gettign 120. Swtich is working. TEsted tehremal fuse and is OL. Installed new fuse and tested. Unit is on and heating. Unit is back to normal operations.

"Cx states F2E1 error, tested and confirmed. Installed new console, tested, still gives F2E1 error. Unit needs new main control and ribbon cable. Back left burner also not lighting, cleared blockage in orifice, tested again, burner is now lighting.; ordrng 1 W11034208 (cntrl-elec) and 1 W11025616 (harns-wire)"
