replaced icemaker and ice container. tested unit. unit is now working properly

Customer complaint unit is freezing in gthe refrigerator. I found the unit is cooling is not frosting anymore. I found the freezer is over packs not air flow. I adviced the customer to clear some of the freezer and to lower temp in the RC. Freezer is about 0 degrees and the refrigerator is 33. The freezer has not airflow and is pushing all the air to the Refrigerator. Advice the customer to clear some items to have more airflow to the freezer. Unit is good.

"Customer complaint unit has a grinding noise in the front. Unplugged it, teste, spun drum and found that there was debruy on drum gasket. REmoved debry. TEsted. Unit is quite. Unit is back to normal operations."

Customer complaint unit is freezing in the right drawer. I tested the unit and found the unit is getting air though even when is closed. Unit needs new diffuser. No sealing completly unless pushed by hand. ORdering damper. Owes 110.; ordrng 1 WP2268249 (diffuser)

"Customer complaint unit is not turning on. I tested power and i got 120. I reset unit and found the unit is turning on and is going through the cycles. WAshing. filling, draining. I then went to the breaker and the breaker is a double breaker and the dishwahser is attached to it and the disposal. I have never seen a dishwasher connected to a double breaker. Unit needs electrician to check power, grounding and they need to installed a single breaker with out sharing ground."
