Replaced control and tested unit and unit is now as designed.

"Confirmed cx complaint F7E1 error code. Ran diagnostic test, unit stopped on spin and coded out. Replaced suspension, issue persists. Ran tachometer test, did not pass test. UI became non responsive trying to back out of test. Ordering shifter and control.; ordrng 1 W11481722 (shifter) and 1 W11621183 (acu)"

Cx complaint of poor dry quality. Did confirm and found f1e1 main control fault. Unit will need control. Called and filed with techline sr in ty picture.; ordrng 1 W11629915 (Control)

Units control is damaged and wire harness has burnout along with the power cord. Ordering harness and control. Cx to get power cord.; ordrng 1 W11188445 (Main harness) and 1 WPW10453975 (Control)

"Tested unit, unit is heating properly. Checked rinse aid dispenser, cx states that she had rinse aid in the unit initially but recently ran out. Advised cx to use extended heat dry settings if she does not use rinse aid. Cx has been using express wash and standard dry settings with no rinse aid and is concerned about the amount of water left on the dishes. Advised cx that without rinse aid she must use the extended heat option and even then the drying quality may not be what she could expect with the rinse aid. Showed cx blurb from use and care guide explaining rinse aid function."
