"cx complaint that unit is not draining. when arrived foudn unit full of water and clothing but not draining and cant even hear the pump run. when in test mode componet test for the drain pump.. checked the wire connections and the head connections and theyre in tact and not pulled out or broken. checked volts at disconnected pump harness had 3 vac and not coming from board unit will need acu as well for no power at pump ordering W11624938 and call to reachd when in to return call cx then,; ordrng 1 W11624938 (acu)"

"Cx complaint food is freezing in RC. Inspected RC and found some items were froze on the 2nd shelf. Informed cx on how the air flows throughout RC and not to place items in front of diffuser and up against back wall. Accessed diffuser and found thermistor reading OL. Ordering diffuser, once approved contact cx to reschedule; ordrng 1 W11645127 (diffuser)"

CX complai t was that the unti was not getting any water. I found that the unit had a 6-4 errro code. I insoected the float and foun dit open and the plunger not engaged. I was abkel to reseat the float and the float arm. I then tested unit and unit test good. I collected $139.00 via credit card.

replaced Icemaker and unit filled and rotated the dial and operating cx paid rest by check

replaced inner door seems to be better still and checks good preheated 350 and reached temp.
