CX complaints dishwasher rackwhell off .UNIT CHECKS left top rack rail defective .orderedtop rack rail adjuster.SZ; ordrng 1 W10712395 (UPPER RACK ADJUSTER RACK)

Cx complaint unit is frosting. After previous techs visit. Found unit needed new control and drain line. Arrived today and unplugged unit. Removed old control and replaced with new. Pulled unit out and removed back panel. Removed old drain line and installed new line. Plugged unit back up and programmed control to (12). Shit doors and then set temps to recommended setting. Unit is now working as intended. Job complete

"Cx complained the unit did not cool. Inspected the unit and found heavy frost on the evap and cover. In diagnostics, step 1, the bi metal tested closed and the heater came on but, the compressor is running at the same time which means its cooling and defrosting at the same time. Melted all the frost and ice. Unit needs new control; ordrng 1 WPW10503278 (control)"
