CX complai t is that the unit is making a loud noise during the spin cycle. I found that the unit is making a loud rubber rubbing sound. I replaced the belt and found that the unit is still making the sound. I feel as the sound is coming from the rubber gromet on the drive shaft / grearcase . I am orderign 1 grearcase (W11454741) and will use the splutch on the return date. return visit will need to be 2 call counted due to the time it takes to replac e a grearcase. Return date set for 7/26; ordrng 1 W11454741 (grearcase 50 @ tribs) and 1 2callcount (2 call count)
