Kyle immediately diagnosed the problem and fixed it in an hour. He was well organized and tidy, cleaning up the floor where ice had melted and wearing shoe covers. He was polite and explained what the problem was. I was pleased with everything.

Kyle was excellent in informing us all aspects of the repair for our whirlpool washer and explaining the various features and functions of the washer we needed a part which he ordered on his first visit and replaced on the second visit he is very professional and my wife loved that he also wore shoe covers
