checked unit and found an error code e5. checked freezer temps and it was 4 degrees. checked the ice box fan and it is working. ss was done recently so i verified pressures. same pressures as last time. not sure how the e5 was stored. tested ice maker and it passed test. advsied cx that the e5 may have beeen stored from previously. reset the unit and unit is good to go. any issues advised cx to contact the office. cx agreed.

came out and replace pump on unit . tested and unit is now running as designed .
