"CX complaint is F8E0 error code. Inspected/tested and verified. Found when you try to preheat eith oven the error code comes up and shuts the oven down within 5 mins. Tested bot fans and upper fan is not working in high or low speed but lower fan is. When unit shuts down you have to back out and restart oven and it shuts off again. Ordering both controls UI main harness, two thermostats and two cooling fans. Also had an F6E4 error code. CX is going to call WP to request 2nd tech auth. If not granted the builder will have unit uninstalled after parts come in and appt is made. Cannot reschedule; ordrng 2 W11598119 (blower)s and 1 W11261167 (control) and 1 W11600355 (UI) and 2 WP4449751 (thrmst-fix)s and 1 W11261169 (cntrl-elec) and 1 W11245673 (harness)"

"Bake element tested at 24 mholms. Only getting 120vac at element from control. We do have 120vac into control. During diagnosis i lost grip on UI assembly which resulted in damage to UI. I called office and informed them that i messed up on this part W11105615 and CX should not be charged. Ordering UI assembly, and marking control and bake element for return visit. CX will owe 110.00 for labor on return visit.; ordrng 1 W11105615 (UI assembly)"

CX complaint is bake will not heat. Inspected/tested and found 120/120/240 and outlet and terminal block. Control had no voltage going to the L2 of bake element. Unit needs a control board. CX wants to talk to whirlpool becuse they just settled on house last oct which only puts unit a month out of warranty. Quoted $414.29. They paid $139 by check to cover SC fee CX will owe $275.29 if no auth is given and they want to fix unit. Job is complete.
