replaced the dual burner and tested. the unit is now heating good with the burner on both the inner and outer rings. the unit is now good

cx complaint had error flashing stopped mid cycle. cx had picture/video of error code found F0E9 stored. ran service diagnostics. unit passed no errors. slight wear on belt guard. instructed cx on proper loading to prevent washer from bottoming out on drain pan. If problem persist will need to raise unit. tested all ops

"cx complaint unit not making ice. inspected unit and verified complaint. icemaker mold empty. jumped icemaker and it harvested. icemaker was sending 102v to valve and i heard it energize but no water came in. found water dispenser not working either. cx said its been awhile since they replaced filter. took filter out and tried dispenser again but had water coming out of filter housing in rc ceiling. this model doesnt let you dispense without filter in so cant make sure icemaker fills without filter in. advised cx to replace filter with everydrop#7 and call back if issues persist. if cx calls back, send tech with valve(12001892) and icemaker(D7824706Q)"

"Cs unit is making a noise, confirmed complaint. Error codes, F7E7motor cant reach rpms, F0e2 over subs, I found the splutch bolt has backoff so the pulley was rubbing on the cover, secured bolt and tested unit. Unit is now working properly."
