"Customer complaint unit was not heating in oven. Stated when he was cooking Thanksgiving. The oven was just warm. Arrived today. Inspected unit. Tested both bake and broil cycle glow igniter. Got really bright and released. Gas tested multiple times on both cycles and worked every time. customer stated that they may have accidentally turned it off without knowing, but just wanted us to come out to inspect it, unit is working as designed job complete"

"cx complaint unit is not filling with water. inspected unit then checked for errors and had f8e1 f7e0 f2e1so cleared codes ran test 51 and unit fills fine, door locks and all function work but when spinning and shifting unit does not sound right. spun tub by hand and bearing is getting loud. tilted unit back removed rotor and motor to find slider magnet slide down causing unit not to start a cycle. i infomred cx we could only do the slider but bearing is on last leg. gave cx quote for full repair and he paid for service by check wants to look into a new washer; ordrng 1 W10734521 (slider19.95) and 1 W10754161 (rotor CBE) and 1 W10754158 (motor CBE) and 1 W11393685 (gearcase 263.77)"
