He wore overshoes to keep the house clean and kept the sounds down so as not to wake a sleeping child in the house. Couldn’t have ask for better service!

2 different companies have tried to fix my brand new cooktop for 3 times each. Neither of them were awful ( The clover service and Video tech center. Especially the Video tech was nightmare. ) They couldn’t fix anything. When the clover service installed my cooktop, they put wrong parts at 5 different places. Then Video Tech people didn’t see any of problems and told me that they did all they could do which they did nothing. Video Tech never called me back every time I needed to call them even they said to call me. However VIA technician Julian did amazing job to fix everything which were caused by the 2 awful companies. Thank you VIA and Mr. Julian. In the future whenever I’ll have any troubles with my appliances, I’ll call you guys!!

I have had several over companies over here, (including Sears) and Via Services is the first company to have an online confirmation system as well as friendly techs.
