Cx complaint unit has a lot of ice/snow build up in fc. This has been doing this for a while. This unit is a model suite so nobody cared to let us know sooner. Inspected unit and found both door gaskets are not sealing properly. Inspected outside of unit for physical damage and could not find any. Checked unit to make sure it was level which it was. Check door hinges and made sure they were properly lined up and tight. FC bottom of door gasket is sagging and I tried to heat with heat gun and could not get gasket to seal at all. Taking a look at the RC door gasket and found a huge gap on the left side and on the bottom. I was able to heat gasket on left side to make it seal. But could not get to seal on the bottom. Again could not find any damage to the Frame causing them not to seal. Ordering both doors w/gaskets for return visit. ; ordrng 1 Lw10856291 (FC door stainless with gasket) and 1 Lw10856289 (RC door stainless with gasket) and 1 W11178521 (Nameplate)

"Cx complaint is when unit has fan and light turned on the display screen does not stay lit indicating they are on. inspected and verified complaint. went through tech sheets and owners manual to see if it was stated for the cx to be aware of and called another tech to confirm. this is normal operation of this unit. when you press the light or fan on the display will read which setting of the light and fan is activated (high, med, low) cx was under the impression the display stayed lit indicating which setting was active during the entire time it was on. confirmed that the display only shows these settings momentarily and then only displays the set time on the clock. Light and fan work as designed. unit is working as designed. job complete"

"Cx complaint that the unit is leaking water from the front. I inspected the unit to confirm the complaint. I found no water in the area or anything wet outside the unit. I removed the kickplate and dispensed water multiple time to identify a leak coming from the tubing. I checked to see if the filter was inserted correctly or if it was leaking. I asked the cx cubes of ice occasionally get stuck in the chute or if water gather in the dispenser area, she said no. At the moment there is no water leaking. The cx said it only happened once, so it's no likely to be a leak from a damaged part. The unit is working as designed.I came out and serviced this unit within 30days of purchase and ordered a nameplate. They never received it. I'm ordering the nameplate again. It lookes like the orifice has warped up or cleaning knocked it up. I adjusted the igniter and now the burner is lighting up but white flames happen when is adjusted.
