"cx complaint is the unit not running cycles, only running the drain pump. when i arrived unit was unplugged, once plugged in the drain pump started running. i held start unitl it stopped and checked for error codes. found none saved. ran service cycle. unit completed it with no issues. i blew through the pressure hose, it did not seem clogged. the anit kink device inside the hose was pressed up against the sensor on the board. i pushed it back a little. calibrated unit and ran another service cycle. good flow form hot and cold valves. unit is working as designed."

"cx complaint is the unit leaking from under unit. cx found water line dripping and put a pan under it. he said drip started as soon as unit was installed and the installers tested the dispensor. water was then shut off to the unit. confirmed complaint pan had a small amount of water in it when i arrived. i pulled the water lines out from each side of the fitting. the lines are not damaged, no burrs. pushed water lines back into fitting and they went in further than they had been. tested dispsnsor and IM and nothing leaked. 1 of the red plastic clips that lock the fitting broke when i was reinstalling it. it will need to be replaced. ordering fitting and ring because i wasnt sure which part was needed. schedule when available.; ordrng 1 WP2300868 (fitting) and 1 2006841 (ring-e)"

cx complaint unit is building frost in the FC. inspected unit and found gap in the door gasket on the bottom right corner. removed door and inspected sliders and was informed fast appliance replaced the sliders a couple months ago. i reassembled unit and found gap still was there. removed everything once again and inspected everything and did not see anything out of place. used heat gun to heat gasket up and found the gap was less then before. but the door is still closing more on the right side then the left. i advised cx to wait and see if my fix is enough to fix it or not. if cx calls back in due to issue still is presant then i recomment sending a senior tech out. for now unit checks good.

Inspected the unit. Found that the cx is saying that the Refrigerator is Leaking Water & I've Maker isn't making Ice. I then checked the Compressor Section. Compressor suction line is frosted over. Checked pressures on the unit. Low side is 1 bar & High side is reading 106 Psi. Turned the unit off and checked to see if the pressures would equalize. Pressures equalized at 11. Checked the unit for Dye. No Dye found.Called Whirlpool Techline Ref. Whirlpool had me check the Evaporator to make sure the Evaporator isn't frosting over. Evaporator isn't frosted over. Whirlpool then had me remove all Refrigerant from the unit and refilled the unit. Pressure are 1 Bar on the low side & 150 Psi on the High side. No pipes in the back are frosted over. Unit is starting to Cool. Unit is working as Designed. ( Any questions please check Sd Pictures.)

Cx complaint is the unit is not draining. Inspected unit and found F9e1 long drain error code. I selected drain and could not here pump turn on. I checked drain pump and found drain pump wire connector had a loose connection at the pump. I reseated the connector and the drain pump turned on and pumped all the water out of the tub. I cleared code and ran a test cycle. Unit is now working properly.

cx complaint unit stopped making ice. when i arrived i was informed unit did start making ice lastnight. inspected unit and jumped ice maker and found it did harvest ice and called for water. when the unit harvested ice i did find the arm was stuck on a peice of ice and i had to chip it out for ice maker to make a full rotation. unit temps are 5 degrees FC and 37 degrees RC. as for now unit checks good.

"installed ice maker and ice maker fill tube. door gaskets were the wrong color. unit needs grey gaskets, not black. the wrong roller was ordered, right side is needed not left. water line behind unit is so short i could not pull unit out to replace filter head. had to get cx to disconnect line in basement so i could move unit out. new filterhead has a different fitting on the end of the line than the original. called techline to find out if i need to cut the fitting off or attach supply line to new fitting which would bypass the valve. techline said i should not bypass anything or modify the new part. advised having parts specialist find correct part. SR#7734150782. restored power. IM cycled and filled, water dispensor worked and has good flow. ordering gaskets and roller.; ordrng 2 W10830274 (gasket-fip)s and 1 WPW10515762 (roller)"

CX also stated after valve replacement that freezer drawer wont open, Released leveling feet and water poured out from deli drawer Removed excess water and freezer is frozen closed , Want to replace both left and right rails in freezer compartment . CX will moniter area with towels and replace wet towels until drawer opens and closes. Referigerartor is turned off currently . The harness on the unit has a 5 pin connector and the ice maker came with a 8 pin connector cannot find anything about iot on the box or servicematter. Reordering ice maker and harnes. Also send this PArts research with whirlpool becasue part number and model number match but has differents connectors. Reorderng ice maker and harness. "Cx complaint is unit not heating. Tested inspected and verifed complaint. Cx had a F7E1 error code and said unit was not heating. Found another company had put a sump in the unit. Ran unit through a diagnostic cycle and the heater ciruit is working properly. Tech sheet states that if an open heater ciruit is detected, it will not use the heater until it is reset by running through a diagnostic cycle. If the heater is unplugged while power is going to the heater, it faults out and gives f7e1. Reset unit and unit is working as designed. Job is complete."

"Cx complaint unit door would go to shut and then open back up, unit would not shut which caused the light to stay on. Inspected unit and found it working properly. Kitchen is under construction and the contractor came by yesterday 7/19 and installed unit properly. According to Cx the contractor stated is was level which was causing it to bind and open back up. Check the leveling of the unit and it was straight. Tested unit (in,out) about 10 times. Heated up a wet paper towel and checked to make sure light was turning off. Unit is working as intended."
