"Cs unit is not cooling or making ice, I found the evap frozen over. Defrostred evap, Fan turns on, good frost pattern, Thermistor reading 11.5kohms in a block of ice. I manually turned defrost heater on and it turns on and heats good. All connectors seem to be making contact. Control board must not be turning defrost heater on when its supposed to. Ordering control. Icemaker test passed , icemaker cycles and fills with water, temps are not cold enough. Advised customer to leave the unit plugged in and keep an eye out for frost build up, unit could have had a loose connector.; ordrng 1 W11546609 (control)"

Cx complaint after last repair on 7/18/22 the unit hasnt made since. Was ablle to access unit and found it running with the water going over evap tray. Found compressor to turn on and run about 20 seconds then shut off. Used amp clamp and found when compressor starts its pulling 15Amps then goes to 5.6-5.7 Amps before shutting down again and suction line gets cold. Ohmed compressor to find from top to bottom right 4.4 Ohms top to bottom left 10.2 Ohms and 14.4 Ohms from left to right .Contacted techline and spoke to Drew SR#7734131525 signs pointing to a restriction in the system. Contacted SS tech MM and ordering the parts he requested and a 5 call count sealed system repair office will need to set return; ordrng 1 2217446 (condensor base) and 1 WPW10605286 (compressor) and 1 W10528572 (tube) and 1 WPW10534030 (gas valve) and 1 WPW10206473 (coil solenoid) and 1 WP2313624 (condensor) and 1 WPW10200037 (drier tube) and 1 WPW10218037 (evaporator)

Cx complaint no issues with first cycle after last visit but on the second cycle they noticed water coming from the corners and the padding under the door felt wet. Was able to access unit and removed outer panel. Ran unit to replciate the issue but unit didnt leak until outer door was on. Found that due to the way the cabinet is it was putting pressure on the door causing it to not close properly. Unit is trimmed in and cx attempted to remove trim but unable to. Cx will need to have cabinet fixed and then raise the legs to help. Unit operating as designed no further work needed

"cx complaints over running too cold, cooktop hot surface light goes off too soon, and convection fan not working. inspected unit, convection fan is working, advised cx it cycles on and off and turns off when opening the door. temp sensor reading 1100 ohms at room temp(80), not shorting to casing. preheated unit to 400 with thermocouple on center rack, finished preheating at 368 and running 15-20* too cold after preheating but would intermittently let temp drop down to 368. tested burners individually and LF burner turns hot light out at 200, should be 150. other burners turned off at 150. called techline, sr#7734163523. was advised to replace control for oven and LF element. replaced control, advised cx to monitor and let us know when we come back for element if we need to offset oven.; ordrng 1 W10823727 (LF element)"

cx complaint ice getting stuck in ice chute and jams has been like this since hes had the frdge and has tried everything and cant take it anymore. inspected unit and confimred ice is getting stuck in chute theres ice stuck on my arrival. removed ice cubes in bin are 95 percent all full there are some smaller broken peices. called techline spoket to andrew told him whats going on and he said its from moisture getting on the ice chute making the ice sticky when sliding then jams. said to check chute and make sure everything is sealing. everything is sealing good ice maker cycle and filled with good water ice is NOT brindging. infomred cx theres nothing i can do and i told him to dump ice bin once a week to see if that helps.

Inspected the unit. Found that the cx is saying that the Refrigerator had stopped Cooling. After last Technician out the unit hasn't shut off again. Cx is stating that the Left Top Front L.e.d Light is out. I then checked power to the unit. I'm getting 126.3 Volts. Checked the Refrigerator Section with Meter to check temperatures. I'm getting 39.7 Degrees. I then checked the Freezer Section temperatures. I'm getting 4.9 degrees and slowly dropping. Installed new Control Board & Left Top Front L.e.d. Light. I then ran Service Diagnostics on the unit. Ran Service Test 56 - Ice Maker Error Codes. I'm getting E0 = No Error Codes. Ran Service Test - 57 Ice Maker Harvest Test. Ice Maker Harvested & dumped a batch of Ice into Ice Bin. Ran Service Test - 45 Ice Maker Fill Test. Ice Maker Filled. Turned Ice Maker back on. Unit is working as Designed.
