cx complaint ice getting stuck in ice chute and jams has been like this since hes had the frdge and has tried everything and cant take it anymore. inspected unit and confimred ice is getting stuck in chute theres ice stuck on my arrival. removed ice cubes in bin are 95 percent all full there are some smaller broken peices. called techline spoket to andrew told him whats going on and he said its from moisture getting on the ice chute making the ice sticky when sliding then jams. said to check chute and make sure everything is sealing. everything is sealing good ice maker cycle and filled with good water ice is NOT brindging. infomred cx theres nothing i can do and i told him to dump ice bin once a week to see if that helps.

"Inspected the unit. Found that the cx is saying that the Washer will not start a cycle. Ran Service Diagnostics on the unit. Error Codes are F7E4 = Basket Re-engagement Failure. I then checked the Shifter / Slider. No damages seen. Checked under the Washplate & tried to see if the Basket will slide up & down on the Gearcase. Basket will not move. Ran Service Diagnostics on the unit. Only the Washplate is moving Agitating / Spinning. Basket will not move. Unit will need the Gearcase = W11449841, Clutch = W10754448, Slider / Clutch = W10734521 & Inner Basket = W11178227 ( Cbe will cover the Basket / Drum) Cx paid for the Service Call Only by Card. If the cx calls back Order these parts. Don't go without parts.( Will need to be a 2 count Gearcase Job.(Any questions please check Sd Pictures.)"
