Cx complaint is unit not making ice. inspected and verified complaint. cx has water to unit. checked the ice maker and found there was food in the freezer that was obstructing the bail arm and keeping it in the upright off position. moved the contents to clear the obsruction and tested the ice maker. the ice maker dropped the ice in the tray and completed a harvest cycle calling for water for the next batch of ice. bail arm is moving properly and freely. unit is working as designed. job complete

"Cx complaint is unit not drainging every time. tested and verified complaint. checked unit for error codes and found F9E1 unit not draingin error code. ran test cycle and unit completed every function with no issues and drained. tested and confirmed drain pump is working properly. unit does not drain into a garbage disposal or at the sink. inspected and found that drain goes straight down through the floor and ties into a septic line that is reliant on gravity but does not flow down. believe the unit is draining with no issues and that the septic line after is too long of a run for the water to flow to the end into the septic tank. unit also has old drain hose from the original unit from the house. unit is working as designed, informed cx to have drain lines/system checked. job complete"

Cx stated unit not drying dishes inspected tested and verified cx complaint ran diag cycle and found unit not giving any error codes heater is coming on heater has 15 ohms found unit has no rinse aid in unit at all informed cx on how important rinse aid is and suggested opening the door slightly at the end of each cycle to help unit dry.

Inspected the unit. Found that the cx is saying that the Dishwasher isn't cleaning Dishes. Ran Service Diagnostics Test on the unit. No error codes. Ran Service Diagnostics Test on the unit. Found that Sump Motor will run but no Water is being pushed out from the Wash Arms. Installed new Sump Motor. Tested the unit. No Leaks. Unit is now Washing. Unit is working as Designed.

Pierced the filter when arriving and found a good amount of 134in system.. cut compressor out and installed new compressor and filter drier .. flushed witrh nitrogen and pressurized .. vac unit down and refilled .. Aloow 24hrs to cool . Job complete

"cx complaint unit still not drying well since day1. took 2 full 70min cycles on timed dry and another 20min after that to dry clothes. timed burner cycle times. on-1:58 off-58 on-52 off-55 on-45 replaced preid tco and timed it again on-1:00 off-51 on-39 off-54 on 39. called techline because it replacing tco didnt seem to change much. checked over everything with techline and everything is testing good. burner turns off when temp at vent reaches 150 and turns back on at 120. techline said dryer is operating correctly at this time and if issue persists then may be issue with vent or washer. vent has good airflow and cx said washer spins clothes out very well. advised cx to monitor and call back if issue persists"

Customers complain is a unit will not start a cycle. Inspected unit found no error codes. Ran auto test cycle everything passed and unit complete the cycle. I found the customer was confused on how to start a cycle due to her being elderly and not understanding the instructions that came with the unit. I inspected an instructed customer on how to start certain cycles or preferred cycles however she would prefer and customer now understands and unit is working properly.
