"Inspected unit, unit currently not leaking. Based on cx description it sounds like the air exchange between the freezer and fridge is causing humidity to condensate when unit has high humidity. Unit currently does not have high humidity, doors are sealed properly, no water dripping. Spoke with techline, techline advised to check the liner to confirm that it's not bowing out or letting air in. Checked liner, previous tech sealed gaps and raised doors. Cx has unit mostly empty, freezer has no food in it. Advised cx to load unit with as much non perishable food as she can reasonbly put in it as the unit is just cooling the air which can cause the unit to run too much, potentially exacerbating issue."

I was able to clear the drain cycle. I then found an F0E5. I was able to clear the error and tested the unit. I found that the unit was vibrating slightly while spinning. confirmed working on the unit. the unit is not correctly mounted into the cabinet. the unit has a kickplate in front of the unit that keeps me from pulling the unit out. the unit has no error codes stored in memory. ran the diagnostic cycle and the unit only filled some and washed a little but there is no water in the tub. dumpped a bucket of water into the tub and the unit started washing but stopped and there is no water in the tub. filled the unit manually again and didnt close the door. the water is draining out from gravity. the unit needs to be hooked up correctly.

The unit had trouble engaging the tub to spin. I checked under the unit and for the rotor screw loose. I removed the rotor and found the metal ring on the slider popped out of place. I replaced the slider and tested the unif for the cx. The unit is working as designed.
