"Customer complaint unit is leaking. I tested the unti and found the unit is leaking the unit was very unlevel. Level unit, fixed the gaket and the unit still leaking. I removed the front panel and the unit is leaking when the lower are is avtivated. I found the lower arm is opening in up and is pushing too much water out of one sprayer. Repalce spray arm and tested. Unit is now elaling anymore. Unit is back to normal operations."

Found the compressor running, but the evap wasn't producing frost pattern. Evap fan was running as designed. Cx informed me that no leaks were present after unit was powered off. No ice build up anywhere.
