I then checked the Bellow. Found that the cx did a load and dragged the clothes across the Bellow Seal. No damages on the Bellow. Fixed Bellow. Tested the unit. Customer complaint unit is not starting. I pulled unit out and found the unit has a drain pump. the disconnected the unit and plug it in to a different outlet and the unit turned on. The unit has a bad pump. Quoted for pump he said he is just going to take the pump out and get a plumber to turn it into a gravity drain. Collected 120.

customer complaint is a user interface is not working. Customer had part numberW11236887 sent to them. Customer stated that she had us out earlier in the year to diagnose the unit. I called office and we found that there is no record showing that we were out to diagnose the oven.jenn air Sent over authorization for labor. I replaced user interface and tested unit. Unit is now working properly customer argued that they should not be responsible for service call. I left total of 127 dollars and 20 cents on thank you card customer stated that they will be calling the office to dispute charge.
