"Replaced door and resetted power. Compressor and fans started, dispensers worked ok and no leaks. Tray and screws not needed since the came with new door"

"arrived to replace tub, valves, shocks and control. found new tub defective, circle on back is punched out, pic saved. inspected unit to make sure it needs tub. found shipping bolts werent removed and unit unlevel and wobbling. removed shipping bolts. found back left foot is unscrewed as far out as it can go without falling out and wont screw back in. other 3 feet screwed in all the way. leveled unit as best as i could, had to put shims under back right foot. ran test cycle and it completed properly, no shaking. unit is now working properly. if unit needs anymore service while its in this closet we will need a 2 tech for pretty much anything it would need. closet is too small and have to stack dryer on top of washer to disconnect it and pull it out before washer can be pulled out."

Found that the Hot Water Valve isn't allow the proper Water flow, water is just at a Drip. Installed Water Valve assembly. Tested the unit . No leaks found. Unit is working as Designed. Installed User Interface. Tested the unit. Unit is working as Designed. ( Cx complaint is some times water will not drain. Factory Drain was removed. Drain pipe is over 6 feet tall. Please see Sd Pictures if any questions. Drain Hose Extension= 285863. Whirlpool Techline Ref. cx will need to change the Drain Pipe. If the cx calls back don't go without parts.

Cx complaint IM is not working. Inspected unit rotated motor and it cycles normally. Did not hear water valve turn on. Water valve connection loose. Secured connection to water valve. Cycled IM and it filled with water. Raised front feet so that door closes naturally. Unit is working as designed.

Inspected the unit. Found that the cx is saying that the Wash isn't starting a cycle. Ran Service Diagnostics on the unit. No Error Codes on the unit. ( Found Soap Cap from pods under the Feet. Washer isn't sitting level. Removed the Cap.) Ran Service Test on the unit. Unit finished the Service Test. I then started a Normal Cycle with Deep Water Level. Unit started a cycle with no issues. cx complaint the unit is leaking water. checked the unit and found that the unit was leaking from the back compressor section. i made sure the drain hose was clear and added insualtion to the suciton line that was sweating some. unit is running as designed. no damaged caused to the floor minimal water was on the floor.

Found wire for cold valve connector pushed back into connector and barely contacting valve. Reseated wire and unit is now as designed.

Cx complaint breaker keeps tripping. Inspected unit and found it working correctly. Pulled amp draw and had a constant 24.1-24.3. Inspected breaker and bottom breaker started to get hot to touch. Used thermal gun to check temp and was around 103.3. After unit is on for a little bit the breaker keeps popping cause its bad. Unit is working as intended. JOB COMPLETE

cx complaint unit will turn on but drum wont turn. inspected unit and found thermal fuse tested bad. replaced fuse and found cx had to much exhaust pipe behind unit and it could not vent as designed. was able to shorten hose and found unit vented air as designed. unit checks good.

Cx complaint is that the unit is still leaking after the last repair. Upon arrival I found that the inlet housing nut was not secure allowing water to leak from the inlet housing down the LH side. I was able to secure the nut. I tested the unit and found that it is no longer leaking. I called Adrean and informed him of the issues. He documented my findings. Cx is to call WPCC about property damage. Job complete.

Customers complaint is a unit is not cooling in both sections. Also found LED lights off in refrigerator and dispenser not dispensing water or ice. I found temperature to be 52� in both sections. I removed pantry user interface from pantry door and found water in the user interface housing. I found wire broken from harness to user interface. I disconnected harness from door at pantry door. I then was able to dispense water and the side LED lights came on in the refrigerator but not the top. I inspected freezer LED noticed freezer completely frozen over with ice due to pantry user interface shorted out causing DC electrical circuit to fail. I then removed freezer led to test it and found female end on cabinet side came off harness. I defrosted the freezer evaporator and called tech line. I documented repairs with tech line and findings advise them that led harness at cabinet connector had come off from the harness making it impossible to get to the wires in the cabinet. Tech line documented issues under file number. I left file number with customer and advise them to call customer service at whirlpool for further actions.
