split the ss to high and low side and was able to get pressures out of both sides and nothing seems to be clogged. reconnected the system and vaccuummed it down. filled to weight and checked for leaks. ran test 4 and step 1 pressure equilize to 50psi quickly. step 4 low sidie pressure is 10psi and high side pressure is 155psi. step 5 low side pressure is 10psi and high side pressure is 165psi. the inside of the unit is beginning to cool good. ran test 4 a second time and pressures are all the same this time also. the unit is cooling at this time

"arrived and tested unit. got same results as last tech. i removed regulator. used gas pressure tester to verify unit has 7' WCP, in spec. replaced regulator and tested unit. got the same result. with both front burners on low and RR on high and down draft on high the ignitors start clicking. tested unit with pans on burners and without, same result. called techline, they had me check where the vent exits outside the house. its a wide open vent with a flap that is blown compeltly open. they said it restric that flap so flow is slowed more. they said there is nothing else to try. i restricted the vent to the point that its almost closed and unit still ignites when downdraft is on. gave cx SR# and advised that techline had no other solutions."

"Arrived to Denton RAC to repair washer from prior diagnosis. upon arrival found the unit to be trahsed looking. Called WPTL spoke to Chris to document. unit has heavy rusting inside and out. the unit has a basket that is eroding and rusting to the point it has holes in it. inlet valve is destroyed, the ring for the baskets is cracked and damaged, the inner basket has rust stains and looks like harsh chemicals and sun damage. documented in pics. per WPTL no parts are to be installed. SR# was given to cx with instructions to call customer service or trade care to see what was happening with the unit. Called TS and MR to document as well. no repair being done at this time. job complete"

"cx complaint unit still not drying well since day1. took 2 full 70min cycles on timed dry and another 20min after that to dry clothes. timed burner cycle times. on-1:58 off-58 on-52 off-55 on-45 replaced preid tco and timed it again on-1:00 off-51 on-39 off-54 on 39. called techline because it replacing tco didnt seem to change much. checked over everything with techline and everything is testing good. burner turns off when temp at vent reaches 150 and turns back on at 120. techline said dryer is operating correctly at this time and if issue persists then may be issue with vent or washer. vent has good airflow and cx said washer spins clothes out very well. advised cx to monitor and call back if issue persists"

"Cx complaint is unit not drainging every time. tested and verified complaint. checked unit for error codes and found F9E1 unit not draingin error code. ran test cycle and unit completed every function with no issues and drained. tested and confirmed drain pump is working properly. unit does not drain into a garbage disposal or at the sink. inspected and found that drain goes straight down through the floor and ties into a septic line that is reliant on gravity but does not flow down. believe the unit is draining with no issues and that the septic line after is too long of a run for the water to flow to the end into the septic tank. unit also has old drain hose from the original unit from the house. unit is working as designed, informed cx to have drain lines/system checked. job complete"

"Cx complaint is, Not Making Ice - Refrigerator. Talked with cx and unit is making is. Unit is making. Talked with cx and he described the situation that he is having. I checked the water dispenser for proper water flow. With ware filter. Unit will dispense 8oz in 11sec, with out water filter, unit will dispense 8oz in 8sec. Called tech support to document issue. Unit is getting to much water to ice tray. House is on a well system. Cx will start with raising water pressure to house.Also turned water up to refrigerator to increase water flow and pressure. No parts needed at this time."

Cx complaint is unit is a little loud and there is ice build up in the unit. inspected and verified complaint. unit has a gasket on the fc door not completely flush to the unit. heated and resealed the gasket and it now seals properly. cx also had door handles that were not installed on delivery. installed door handles. the sound the cx is hearing is a normal operation sound. unit is working as designed. job complete
