I cleared the codes, the cx had a load running so I resumed the load and everything worked well. I checked under the unit and found the rotor screw was loose. I removed the rotor to make sure the clutch was in good condition, it was. I put the unit back together and started another load. The unit is working as designed."

cx says shes still turning unit off once a week to defrost as unit keeps freezing up. took temp readings first since its been 6 months to come back of 16 in Freezer 38 in Fridage. she said units been running 6 days since they turned off. pulled back cover and evap frozen over. let melt down and pulled unit. checked compressor and control. no burnt spots seen or wire damage. replaced control while there. put unit back and checked freezer. replaced harness as well as thermistor while there and moved over to copper section and put metal tape over as well. also found 1 pin on heater pushed out some and not seated on old harness. put unit together and replaced UI and damper so all controlls and sensors are new to set cx at ease a bit as shes tired and worried about unit. 24-48 to reach prop tem

Cx complaint is that the unit is still having surface frost build up on the fan cover on the FC evap cover. found that the Door slides both had frost built up on them. I cleared the frost and found that both tracks were still hanging up when closing. I replaced both slides and the icemaker. Unit is now functioning as intended. Job complete.

when arrived hooked guages and foudn the low side readin aroudn 0 and on the high side had very high psi reading 430 psi on the high.. called techline and spoke to Chris and was advised to cut out the drier and if no pressure /via vaccuum is in normal ramge then possible evap but the unit didnt need evap with those readings per techline. replaced drier and compressor and filled to required r600.

Cx complaint is that the unit has been leaking from the Left side onto the floor. the cx stated that the water pressure has recently increased due to addition of more consumers on the lines. I found that the Bleach dispensor is overflowing when it is being filled. Cx also stated that the unit has given an F51 error code. I found that code to be the RPS sensor or harness fault. I quoted cx for the cost of the repair. Cx paid the service call and said she will be getting a new unit given the age of this unit. Job complete
