Checked the Evaporator in the Refrigerator Section. Found that the Drain Hole has Perma Gum all in the Drain Section. Removed as much of the Perma Gum as I could. Frost Pattern is to the 3rd coil. But Ice is hitting the Thermistor. If the cx calls back order the Compressor =W10832994, Drier = Wpw10243759, Coupler = , Evaporator = W11553229 & Ice Maker = W11397192. Do t go without parts. I'm getting 2.14 Volts when Drain Pump is supposed to be activated. Ran Service Test on the unit. Unit went from C1 to C8. In C8 the Washer will not spin. "Cx complaint that the unit is not agitating or spinning well. I inspected the unit to confirm the complaint. I found error codes: f0e3 f0e5. I cleared the codes, the cx had a load running so I resumed the load and everything worked well. I checked under the unit and found the rotor screw was loose. I removed the rotor to make sure the clutch was in good condition, it was. I put the unit back together and started another load. The unit is working as designed."
