"Cx complaint that the unit is not agitating or spinning well. I inspected the unit to confirm the complaint. I found error codes: f0e3 f0e5. I cleared the codes, the cx had a load running so I resumed the load and everything worked well. I checked under the unit and found the rotor screw was loose. I removed the rotor to make sure the clutch was in good condition, it was. I put the unit back together and started another load. The unit is working as designed."

"CX Complaint is the drain is just running. Inspected unit and plugged unit up and drain pump is running waited for it to time out to be able to put unit in diag, Got unit in diag and unit has error long fill no fill. Checked pressure hose and its good not kink or broken valves are good did find drain hose in stand pipe to far fixed and tested unit is working properly."
