Replaced control board as per previous diagnosis. Tested and lights are now working properly. Additional complaint: water on top of FC gasket and on yoden. I unplugged the condenser fan and tested the yoder after 10 min. I was only getting 3 spots that are warming up. Most of yoden is not warming. Called WPTL Gaskets above and below yoden were sealing properly and no water coming from RC. Unit is unrepairable. WPTL had asked i take pic of yoden moisture but i had already wiped it down while testing yoden temp. I asked CX to take a pic of yoden and to email it to me once it reappears so i cdan send it to WP once they get back with me. Job is complete

I found that the fdamper was making the noise i adjusted the damper and still making noises. The customer stated that they want it quite so if it needs to be removed to be quite they want to do that. "arrived to replace tub, valves, shocks and control. found new tub defective, circle on back is punched out, pic saved. inspected unit to make sure it needs tub. found shipping bolts werent removed and unit unlevel and wobbling. removed shipping bolts. found back left foot is unscrewed as far out as it can go without falling out and wont screw back in. other 3 feet screwed in all the way. leveled unit as best as i could, had to put shims under back right foot. ran test cycle and it completed properly, no shaking. unit is now working properly. if unit needs anymore service while its in this closet we will need a 2 tech for pretty much anything it would need. closet is too small and have to stack dryer on top of washer to disconnect it and pull it out before washer can be pulled out."

The unit did not spin or agitate, I checked underneath and found the belt came out of place. There was also a random extra screw behind the shield near the belt and clutch. I returned the belt to it's proper place and tested the unit for the cx. The unit is working as designed."

Pulled unit out and removed old heating element and replaced with new stainless steel heating element. play seen it back under counter tested unit. Found no leaks and unit working as it should. Knob was broken that turn switch and customer was using pliers to turn the fan off and on which finally took the shaft from switch down to nothing removed cooktop and glass and replaced switch. Reinstalled cooktop turned on gas and plugged in power. Tested all functions of unit and everything is working as it should. Customer is going to purchase a knob to make sure that this does not happen again. unit is now working as intended. Job complete.

Cx complaint that the unit is still leaking on to the drip pan. I inspected the unit to confirm the complaint. I found no error codes and ran a service cycle. All components passed with no evidence of leaking. I looked under the unit and the leak residue is coming from the right side. I removed the top and look inside the cabinet and there is an accumulation of residue on the inside of the cabinet walls. The slow leak is coming from the dispenser assembly. I replaced the dispenser assembly and tested the unit for the cx. The unit is working as designed.

cx complaint unit showing f11. got to unit with second tech and pulled mcu out and tested with new one. still same issue. second tech had to leave so put all back together then started a normal diag. not even 2 mins into the test cycle the main control started buzzing and whole unit went dead. main control is clearly the issue here. part is no longer available. cx is very upset as last tech said he couldnt diag it cause it was stacked. so i charged cx the service call and 2nd tech fee as cory did help me with the job. but am not charging labor to help with cx frustration. moving on and job is complete.
