Inspected the unit. Found that the cx is saying that the Dryer isn't Drying clothes on the first cycle. Will take the cx 3-4 times to run the unit. Checked the power to the unit. L1 to N 122.1 Volts. L2 to N = 121.9 Volts. L1 to L2 = 244.2 Volts. Started the Dryer. Dryer has no Heat. Checked the Tco . Tco is reading Open Line. Installed Tco. Started the Dryer. Dryer is Heating now. Checked out side of the house. Vent is closed and no Air Flow. Cx will need to have vents Cleaned. Advised that the cx doesn't use Dryer until Vents are cleared. Unit is working as Designed. Took Air Tower off. Found that the Refrigerator ports are clogged. Removed all Frost / Ice. I then checked the Drain Hole. Drain Hole is clear. ( Per set the Air Tower to Max. Advised that the cx doesn't cover the Vents. Advised cx to stop all food at the back of the Rack for the upper & lower sections of the Freezer. Advised that no food should hit the back wall at all. ) Called Whirlpool Techline Ref #. Whirlpool Techline had me check the vacuum release. Vacuum release is in the down position.

cx complaint unit stops cooling at times. found evap perfectly frosted over today. replaced evap harness as the bimetal is more than lilkely sticking at times and causing unit to not go into defrost. even last techs pic showed over frosting not a low charge or any SS issue. compressor not needed. informed cx to keep an eye on unit but otherwise unit is working as desindned. job completed.

"cx complaint is the unit displaying F8E4. when i arrived that error was displays and drain pump was running. inspected drip pan and found a very small amount of water in the drip tray. unit has the original heater in it, it needs to be replaced per service pointer. i checked for codes and found F8E4, FAE2. clear code, ran service cycle. nothing leaked. started normal cycle, nothing leaked. door gasket is worn, may be leaking randomly depending on how/what is in unit. i replaced heater and door gasket. when reinstalling supply line i found it is dripping from the crimped fitting behind the metal 90 going to valve. took pic and showed cx. he is going to replace the supply line. i tested the unit. new heater does not leak. unit is working as designed. cx paid in full for repair."
