Inspected all airflow vents and found nothing blocking to restrict airflow. Inspected door seals and found all four door to be properly sealing. Spoke with Cx about putting hot food inside unit and he stated they do not. Unit fall under service pointer W11512008A. Pulled unit from cabinet and unplugged. Removed old ACU and replaced with new. Plugged unit back in and set temps. Unit is powered on and fans are working. Explained to Cx to let unit cook for 24 hours and check back. If unit is still not cooling properly to give us a call back. As of now unit is working as intended. JOB COMPLETE

"cx complaint unit not cooling properly. inspected unit and found that the fc evap cover was frozen over with ice. removed evap cover to find that the unit has been effectively defrosting at the bottom of the evap (pics taken) as well as developing proper frost pattern when in active cooling status. unit lilely had temporary air leak or possible fan stall, tho fan is currently running, to develop this pattern of ice blockage. cleared all ice and encouraged cx to continue to monitor temps. unti now checks good."

Installed new baffles and auger shaft. THe customer complaint that the freezer was not freezing anymore. I found it is very warm. I replaced parts and tested for compressor and on low speed the compressor is reading 69 watts and on highspeed is 139 watts so seems like the compressor is good and filled but is very hot and i can hear rod noises. But the evap was overfrosting again. and when i ran test 4 it would not frost all of the evap. I also found thermistor loose on the evap and the RC compartment thermistor cover tab was broken had to ziptie the thermistor to the side of the evap cover. It could be that the RC was not reading temps correctly and was cooling RC too much becasue it thought it was warm. Or we have and innefficient compressor. Unit is cooling now.

Replaced control board as per previous diagnosis. Tested and lights are now working properly. Additional complaint: water on top of FC gasket and on yoden. I unplugged the condenser fan and tested the yoder after 10 min. I was only getting 3 spots that are warming up. Most of yoden is not warming. Called WPTL Gaskets above and below yoden were sealing properly and no water coming from RC. Unit is unrepairable. WPTL had asked i take pic of yoden moisture but i had already wiped it down while testing yoden temp. I asked CX to take a pic of yoden and to email it to me once it reappears so i cdan send it to WP once they get back with me. Job is complete

Called WPTL and spoke to Andy. per WPTL unit is non-repairable due to wire into the cabinet being severed. giving SR# to cx to reach out to cx service for further steps. job complete

Cx complaint unit is not working properly inspected unit found builder was worried about a quarter sized dent in rear on the rubber coating it did not dent the inside of tub and there is no cracks or spidering from spot clean dent no damage to unit builder wanted unit looked over for further damages none detected ran a cycle no leaks tested again for good measure no leaks unit is working as designed cx doesn't want tub replaced

Cx complaint that the unit is loud during the wash cycles. I inspected the unit to confirm the complaint. I found no error codes and ran a service cycle. All components worked fine. The noise that the cx identified is the drain pump running when there is no more water. I thoroughly explained all potential noises to the cx. The unit is working as designed.

Cx complaint is that the unit is running constantly in what seems to be the drain cycle. Upon arrival I found that the unit was unplugged. I plugged the unit back in and the drain started immediately. I was able to cancel the drain cycle. I then ran the diag test and found that the unit wasa ble to complete the cycle without error. I then ran the calibration cycle. Unit is now functioning as intended. Job complete

cx complaint is unit is still clumping ice and freezing it all together. topok temp readings first of 39 in FF and 4 in Freezer. pulled ice bin and say ice and clump and pulled ice maker and pulled a piece of ice that was forming in the back of ice maker and could see where it was leaking down and dripping in bin when mold was filling. no cold air or light coming through ice door. adjusted fill tube and wires behing ice maker in case mold was pressed out some and unit was getting water behind some. clearer ice bin of chunks and reset unit. advised cx to give unit a few days to see what happens and give us a call back if needed unit does have a torn door gasket on right door.went over unit with cx.units O-O-W and cx will pay 120 service for today.

Cx complaint unit not completing cycles. Was able to access unit amnd found cold water side disconnected and garden hose hooked up with unit unplugged. Entered diagnostic and found no saved codes. Verified voltage going into board. Hooked hoses up properly and ran diagnostic test no issues. Ran a quick wash with 4 bath towels and went through with no issues. Started a normal cycle with no issues. Contacted techline and Spoke to Chris. Unit is operating as designed and cx needs to leave everything attached. No further work needed

"cx complaint unit not drying dishes. inspected unit and verified complaint. dispenser has rinseaid in it, cx is using hi temp wash with heated dry. ran diagnostics and have f3e3 failed calibration error stored. ran test cycle. had f6e2 error after test cycle completed. found alot of excess suds in unit but unit is heating. cleared errors and ran another test cycle with a capful of vegetable oil to clear suds. no errors came back and excess suds are gone. found cx using Palmolive liquid detergent that doesnt have HE logo on bottle that may be causing excess suds and poor drying. advised cx he should switch to HE detergent and to monitor and call back if issue persists after unit completed calibration properly. if cx calls back preid owi(W11084121) and control(W11306302)"

"cx complaint microwave will stop intermittently. the light will go off and the time would stop. inspected unit and found every 4th or 5th time it will stop counting down, the interior light went off but the turn table would still rotate. i was able to access unit and replace the interlock and the microwave control board. tested unit almost 10 times and it didnt happen again. unit checks good."
