cx complaint unit is not cooling. inspected unti and fojund compressor locked up. pulled compressor out put new one in and filled to 56g and unit started good good. ticket has 2 compressors but only have oine just marking one as installed the other one is actually an evap with the same part number some how. did not install an evap.. job completed.

"Cx complained the unit did not make ice. Inspected the unit and found the ice maker would not move in test 120 ice maker diagnostics. Installed new ice maker, reset power and tested again in step 120 and it cycled with a PA for pass. In step 96, water came from the dispenser and step 97 filled the ice maker. Job complete"

cx complaint unit leaks from left and right front corners. inspected unit and entered diag andf found 0 error codes. ran auto test and found tub gasket was not sealing the door. replaced tub gasket and found unit now leaks from the left side only. found water on side of inner door. also found water top left coner of cabinet seal. found new gasket had ripples. was able to smooth the gasket out and found unit now checks good.

"Inspected the unit. Found that the cx is saying that water remains in the Filter Section. Ran Service Diagnostics on the unit. Error Codes are F4E3 = Motor isn't running. Checked the Sump Motor. Motor is fully plugged in. Sump Motor will not run. F7E1 = Heater not Heating. Ran Service Test on the unit. Unit Filled, Drained & Heated. Unit will need Sump Motor = W11219382. Cx paid by Card for the Service Call Only. If the cx calls back Order the Sump don't go without parts."

"Per prior diagnosis, replaced parts ordered by prior tech. also asked cx about what they were experiencing and cx stated the problem occurs during light and heavy loads only. cx described a light load as 2 sets of delicates and a set of pajamas. informed cx that this may be too light of a load and to let more accumulate and she would likely see a difference in the issues experienced. tested unit and unit passed with no issues. calibrated unit also. unit is working as designed. job complete"

"cx complaint all elements at the cooktop are defective. cx states unit will turn the elements on and off in intervals during cooking. inspected unit and found that the issue the cx is reffering to is simply the result of normal operation. removed rear panel and found no shorts visible at infinite switches and terminal block is receiving 240v. determined that unit is operating as desigend per use and care guide w11235898, page 6: 'Starting in June 2018 Whirlpool is equipping this product with new temperature-limiting coils pursuant to the updated standards in UL858. These new coils may vary cooking times compared to your old cooktop, e.g., a slightly longer time to boil large volumes of water'. documented with service matters under file number"
