Cx stated unit randomly starting heating on its own. Inspected tested but could not verify cx complaint. Took voltage readings at bake and broil relay at board and both putting out 0VAC checked voltage at elements and both reading 0VAC. Checked polarity of terminal block and L1 to ground is 120VAC L1 to neutral is 120VAC L2 to ground 120 VAC L2 to neutral is 120VAC L1-L2 is 240VAC Called Steve from tech line reported findings. only thing it could be is control related but unable to verify with no error codes or unit doing it while in home. Cx complaint is tht the unit was leaking from the freezer section. Upon arrival cx stated that it seemed like the icemaker overfilled causing the leak. I jumped the icemaker and found that the ice maker harvested but did not call for water. I ran the harvest test again and tested the voltage to the valve and found that it only sent 1.16 vac to the valve. I replaces the icemaker and also found that the fill valve was reading OL. I replaced the valve as well. The unit is now functioning as intended. Job complete

"CX complaint unit is not working in possible leak. Inspected unit and found unit is not actuating or spinning. Unplug unit and disconnected water lines removed Consol and replaced water inlet valve and control board as stated by previous tech. Reinstalled top panel lifted up unit and removed old actuator replaced with updated actuator And reinstalled shield and put unit back down. Reinstalled both waterlines correctly and turned water on. Cleared old error codes and ran a diagnostic cycle. Unit completed cycle with no error codes re-calibrated unit unit is now working as designed. I could not find any water leaks, but I did see a potential calls. The water lines seem to be cross-threaded and had tension that couldve caused a small leak. Did not find any thing else under unit that showed a previous water leak. JOB COMPLETE"

replaced dual valve and tested IM. it works properly. the inlet shut off valve the cx installed on the supply line is leaking. i tried tighening down the hose clamps he has on it but the valve is the wrong size. i took picture of the valve and showed cx the issue. he is going to go buy another supply line and valve to instal himself. he asked that i leave unit pulled out so he can get to the supply line easier. unit is working as designed.
