Cx complaint unit warmer then expected. Inspected unit and found temps at 46 and 45. Inspected cooling fan on evap. Fan is working properly. Inspected all airflow vents and found nothing blocking to restrict airflow. Inspected door seals and found all four door to be properly sealing. Spoke with Cx about putting hot food inside unit and he stated they do not. Unit fall under service pointer W11512008A. Pulled unit from cabinet and unplugged. Removed old ACU and replaced with new. Plugged unit back in and set temps. Unit is powered on and fans are working. Explained to Cx to let unit cook for 24 hours and check back. If unit is still not cooling properly to give us a call back. As of now unit is working as intended. JOB COMPLETE

Cx complaint is unit not advancing past sensing. inspected and verified complaint. checked unit for error codes and found F7E7 error code. ran test cycle and unit passed with no issues. chcekced under the unit to check for anything odd and did find an additional splutch nut sitting in the pulley shield loose by the belt pulley on the motor. power cycled unit and ran another test cycle and unit passed with no issues again and the error code cleared. cx ran a normal load and the unit is working as designed. job complete
