cx complaint unit shaking alot and is noisy and pedestal drawer falls open while unit is spinning. inspected unit and verified complaint. no errors stored. test cycle completes properly with no shaking. heard tapping noise from wobbly table next to unit and bottles on top tapping against unit. slid table over and no more noise. found unit leaning a little forward. also found rug getting closed in pedestal drawer holding open a little so it slides open easily while spinning. releveled unit and removed rug from drawer and can feel the slides hold drawer in when it gets pushed in all the way. advised cx to monitor and call back if issues persist.

"CX complaint unit builds moisture on back wall and freezes food in top section and bottom crisp drawer. Inspected unit and could not find those issues ran through diagnostic test and inspected thermistors They passed evap fan ramp correctly and was blowing air. Icebox fan was working as it should. Remove bottom kickplate inspected condenser, and that looks fine. Call Techline and ran through everything with them. They are stating that its working as it should and its hard to fix the thing thats working correctly. They instructed to tell the customer to call customer care. With the help of a moving mat. I was able to access and teh rear of the unti . I gained access to the LED power board and found it to be burnt out (hot to the touch). I replaced the LED power board and then plugged unit back in. I reinstalled the unit and ran test 36 in diag. I found the Icebox fan motor to be opperating as designed. Unit test good.

Inspected the unit. Found that the cx is saying that there clothes are not coming out clean after a Wash cycle. Ran Service Diagnostics Test on the unit. No error codes. I then ran Service Test on the unit. Service Test completed the cycle. Whirlpool Techline Ref # ( Per the cx they tried to wash Boots with a half of a inch of mud on them and the mud was still there when the cycle finished.) Told the cx to not wash them. They must Rinse all mud off of the boots. Advised this cx that this machine is high efficiency. Advised that the cx reads the loading instructions.Cx also must clean the Washer at this time. Suds are still there without adding soap to the unit. Unit is working as Designed.

cx says the unit is not washing very good. f8e2(fill) fae1(dispenser) in memory. tried to run the automatic diagnostic and the unit does not start the test the display just goes black. started a regular cycle with coffee cups turned up on the second rack and the unit fills wahes and drains and after 10 minutes checked the cups are full of water. reset power to the unit and tried diagnostics again. the unit is now starting the diagnostic filling washing draining and heating good. no error codes after cycle. cx to clean the unit but had to leave to get his son so couldnt go over cleaning process with him

"Cx complaint is that the unit had an odd melted plasitic kind of smell after the repair. Upon arrival I found no error codes. I then ran the diag test and found that the unit had no odors when running. I inspected the harness and control up top. I then tipped the unit back and inspected the drive assembly, harness and drain pump. I found no nroken wires or evidence of broken wiring. I did find that the cover had rubber particals from the belt hitting the motor pulley shoulders. I was unable to replicate or find any causes of the smell. I informed cx that the unit is currently functioning as intended. Job complete"

called tech line bc i found lots of air bubbled in water . unhooked unitom wall and checked again and still air bubbles at wall line and sink next to it then had cx unhook filter system bc cx said it wasnt flter sytem leaking and still tons of air in water .this will cause leaks air is from cx well . this will cusing unit too drip random all the time per wp there is nothing we can do the house water system is the issues

cx complaint is the unit taking a long time to ignite sometimes. cx said issue happens on all burners and happens randomly. cx started several burners when i arrived. some lit right away. others took 10-15 seconds or so to ignite. tested each burner. middle rear and far right burners seemed to take the longers but still ignited withing 10 seconds everytime i tried them. i called techline to document. they had me test each burner with a pot on top. each ignited within 8seconds. techline said it can take 10-12 seconds to ignite and thats normal. informed cx that the unit is working as designed.
