Cx complaint is water leaking from the ice maker. tested and verified complaint. cx recently had the ice maker installed from the delivery team that brought the unit. the fill tube was pressed right up against the full cache for the ice maker and spilling out over the side of the tray and into the freezer. fill tube became frozen and blocked as a result. cleared the fill tube of ice and tested the ice maker and got very low water flow. checked the water line coming in and saw heavy build up in the line. line was 20+ years old according to cx. informed cx to have the water line in replaced and the water would flow correctly to allow the ice maker to work properly. unit is otherwise working as designed. job complete

cx says the unit is not washing very good. f8e2(fill) fae1(dispenser) in memory. tried to run the automatic diagnostic and the unit does not start the test the display just goes black. started a regular cycle with coffee cups turned up on the second rack and the unit fills wahes and drains and after 10 minutes checked the cups are full of water. reset power to the unit and tried diagnostics again. the unit is now starting the diagnostic filling washing draining and heating good. no error codes after cycle. cx to clean the unit but had to leave to get his son so couldnt go over cleaning process with him

"Cx complaint unit doesn't spin water out from clothes.Ran diag, found F0E2 error. Ran atest cycle and then manual spin, the unit worked as designed. Ran a quick cycle with 5 bathroom towels as a load. The cycle ended and the unit spinned ok. I was unable to replicate any issue."

"Inspected the unit. Found that the cx is saying that the Refrigerator isn't Dispensing Ice. Checked the Ice Maker. Unit is making Ice. Tried to Dispense Ice from the Dispenser. No noise from the Auger Motor. Checked the Auger Motor. Found that the Auger Motor isn't plugged in. Plugged in Auger Motor. ( Also advised the cx to read the Use and Care Guide, about clearing the Ice Bin every once in a while. Large Ice Clumps in Ice Bin. Cleared Ice. ) Tested the unit. Unit is now Dispensing Cubed / Crushed Ice. Unit is working as Designed."
