cx complaint unit shaking alot and is noisy and pedestal drawer falls open while unit is spinning. inspected unit and verified complaint. no errors stored. test cycle completes properly with no shaking. heard tapping noise from wobbly table next to unit and bottles on top tapping against unit. slid table over and no more noise. found unit leaning a little forward. also found rug getting closed in pedestal drawer holding open a little so it slides open easily while spinning. releveled unit and removed rug from drawer and can feel the slides hold drawer in when it gets pushed in all the way. advised cx to monitor and call back if issues persist.

Inspected the unit. Found that the cx is saying that the Microwave inner light will not go out. Ran Service Diagnostics on the unit. No error codes. I then started a Normal Microwave cycle. Inner Light went out. Heated a paper towel. Paper towel is hot. Asked the cx to show me how they work the Microwave. Cx is grabbing the Handel only on the left side. Right side of the door isn't making contact with the interlock. Show the cx the difference. Nothing is wrong with the unit. Unit is working as Designed. Please see Sd Pictures if any questions.

Traced Water. Found that the L Joint connector in the Refrigerator Evaporator is frozen. Unfroze the L Joint connection with hot water. Tested the unit. Unit is Dispensing Water. CX complaint unit shakes the whole house when washing and spinning. Inspected unit and checked for air codes and had none present pushed on tub to check suspension and suspension. Feels good. Ran test 12 in diagnostic mode. Unit completed full cycle and showed no sign of issues. Unit is on a pedestal and on the second floor of the house explain to customer with that in mind there will be some vibration through the house depending on how structurally built the house is. CX complaint was that the unti stoped mid drain and the lid was locked . I was able to access the pressure hose and detached it from the control to unlock the lid. I then manuely drained the unti with a shopvac. I inspected the under side of the unit and foun d that the drainpump harness was broken at the connector. I resucured a new connector ith shrink heat and buttconnectors. UNit test good. I collected $240.00 for service and labor charges. CX is paid in full.
