Per previous tech I called TL when I arrived. I tested the voltage at the PTS and found 122.5 at the white wire to cg and 0 v at the black wire to CG. I then pressed the switch and found that the voltage drops to .3 v (wh-cg) and comes up to .25 v (BK-cg). I then tested the incoming voltage at the block while the unit was running. I found that the voltage was increasing the longer it ran. It started at 242.5 and climbed to 248.0 and spiked as high as 252 v. Per TL cx will need to have an electrician inspect the power supply for potential issues. Job complete

Removed cover and found the drain clogged causing ice to form around the bottom of evap and through ducts in RC. Defrosted drain and water went through into pan. Inspected the unit. Found that the cx is saying that there clothes are not coming out clean after a Wash cycle. Ran Service Diagnostics Test on the unit. No error codes. I then ran Service Test on the unit. Service Test completed the cycle. Whirlpool Techline Ref # ( Per the cx they tried to wash Boots with a half of a inch of mud on them and the mud was still there when the cycle finished.) Told the cx to not wash them. They must Rinse all mud off of the boots. Advised this cx that this machine is high efficiency. Advised that the cx reads the loading instructions.Cx also must clean the Washer at this time. Suds are still there without adding soap to the unit. Unit is working as Designed.

With the help of a moving mat. I was able to access and teh rear of the unti . I gained access to the LED power board and found it to be burnt out (hot to the touch). I replaced the LED power board and then plugged unit back in. I reinstalled the unit and ran test 36 in diag. I found the Icebox fan motor to be opperating as designed. Unit test good.

"CX complaint unit builds moisture on back wall and freezes food in top section and bottom crisp drawer. Inspected unit and could not find those issues ran through diagnostic test and inspected thermistors They passed evap fan ramp correctly and was blowing air. Icebox fan was working as it should. Remove bottom kickplate inspected condenser, and that looks fine. Call Techline and ran through everything with them. They are stating that its working as it should and its hard to fix the thing thats working correctly. They instructed to tell the customer to call customer care. Left customer cares phone number with customer, explain the situation to him. Unit is working as intended. Job complete."
