Removed cover and found the drain clogged causing ice to form around the bottom of evap and through ducts in RC. Defrosted drain and water went through into pan. Also added adhesive(482338) to gaps at the bottom left and right corners of the liner. Restored power and evap developed frost pattern with fan running and air flowing through RC. "Cx complaint is unit still frosting in the fc. inspected and verified complaint. found heavy frosting again. cx stated the door was tough to close. this was due to ice build up. re sealed gasket last visit but some spots still let in warm air. started by removing all ice. cleared ice from evap fan and drawers. checked rail slides and they weren't closing snup. reset the button at the end of the bracket and tested with the door off and the rail pulled snug and smoothly. put everything back together and tested with door on and also had cx test to feel the difference. unit door is now snug and shuts on its own properly. no issue with the gasket, nice tight seal all the way around. unit is working as designed. job complete"

Cx complaint is water leaking from the ice maker. tested and verified complaint. cx recently had the ice maker installed from the delivery team that brought the unit. the fill tube was pressed right up against the full cache for the ice maker and spilling out over the side of the tray and into the freezer. fill tube became frozen and blocked as a result. cleared the fill tube of ice and tested the ice maker and got very low water flow. checked the water line coming in and saw heavy build up in the line. line was 20+ years old according to cx. informed cx to have the water line in replaced and the water would flow correctly to allow the ice maker to work properly. unit is otherwise working as designed. job complete

I found that when the ice maker was full the ice got pushed up to the front of the bin causing it to flip the switch on the icemaker. Unit harvested and filled. Unit is functioning as intended. "Cx complaint unit won't power on. When arrived plugged unit in and the drain pump came on. Held down start button and the pump went off. Entered diag and found error code F0E5 off balance. Inspected unit and found the front right leg wasn't secure to unit. When unit would spin, it would bounce left and right and wouldn't complete cycle. The leveling leg was cross threaded. Removed leg and placed into unit correctly, recalibrated and ran auto test, unit completed test without issues. Unit checks good"
