"CX complaint is that the nutni is not completing a wash cycle. I found in diag a F7E4 , F6E3 , F0E5, and F0E3 error codes. I cleared the codes and ran a auto test. I found that the uti is drainging when in the spincycle limiting the basket spin speed. I inspected the under dside of the nunti and found no isges of oil leak and all componaits to be secure and in place. After inspecting the unit I reran a test cycle and agin found a F7E4 and F6E3 error code. I attempted to remove the agaitator to inspect the drive shaft but found the agitator seezed /. I quoted CX for the replacement of a gearcase, clutch, slider and ACU due to reaccuring f6E3 error. I collected $120.00 for service charges. CX will callinto office if a reoair is wanted."

The element temp at the beginning of the cycle was 73 degrees, and 95 degrees at the end again. I noticed this time that the cx is not using 'rinse aid'. I showed the cx the use and care guide about the importance of 'rinse aid' for optimal drying performance. The unit is working as designed. "arrived to replace timer, pts switch and door switch. dropped control panel to access timer and found timer motor not running, not getting 120v, neither is pts switch. i was already thinking issue sounds like power supply problem so rediagnosed unit before installing parts. unplugged unit and plugged it back in, pressed start and unit ran for more than 5sec like last tech experienced. found unit cuts out if i wiggle outlet. showed cx dryer cutting on and off while i was wiggling outlet, wasnt even touching power cord. advised cx to have electrician correct power supply. if cx calls back after electrician then send tech with timer, pts switch and door switch again, also see if we can come out with a power cord."

"F8E1 long fill no fill, F0E5 off balance. Customer complaint unit is not spinning. I found a couple error codes and found the unit is working as designed. I notice they had two big blankets and theyh said that was the load that wont spin. The blankets are really heavy i adviced them not to wash those together and split it. Ran test cycle complete ran rinse and sping and did not get the water error. Unit is good"

CX complaiunt: warm in RC. Tested and found 48 degrees in RC. I found a frost trail in FC from top of door to evap cover and into evap. Drip pan and vents were blocked with ice. Gasket is sealing properly. It looks like door was left cracked open for a few hrs and thjat frost blocked the drain and vents. I cleared the frost and drain is now working. Air flow is restored. Unit is now working properly. Job is complete

cx complaint last tech left cx liight and said to change freezer led when it fullly goes out so tried replacing and wires pulled out. inspected unit confimred wires hanging there cabinet damage from who ever tried changing it. grabbed a new led light and used the kit and led lights up very little when door is closed and you open the door and will go out alll the way. i beleive wire is broken back farther so dug out some foam went farther than i wanted and i cant find the connector. infomred cx i cannot fix this and now doesnt want to pay for service fee. ive been here for an hour and he still doesnt wanna pay. called mark and he said to contact techline. so called techline spoke with travis said unit cant be repaired wire damage in cabinet. collected for service fee
