Inspected the unit. Found that the cx is saying that the Washer making a thumping noise while Spinning / items on the Dryer beside the Washer are vibrating. Ran Service Diagnostics on the unit. No error codes. Checked the suspension on the unit. Suspension is Good. Started a Load on normal. ( Cx didn't load the Was correct. Advised to the cx to not just throw everything in with leaving a hole in the middle.) All clothes got wet. Set the unit to Drain and Spin. Items on the Dry started to vibrate. You can feel the vibration for 3 feet or more from the washer. Called Whirlpool Techline. Unit is working as Designed.

installed new harness cx said the icemaker stoped making ice sisnce last visit ice maer will fill but will not cycle retested the valve and still getting volts called tec line and went threw unit with them he is sending it up the chain

cx complant of unit not cooling after 2 days got here and found shreader not installed in unit isloated the cabnet and put nitrogen in unit to 140 psi and sopy water alll conection to make sure there was no leaks at welds waited 30 min and unit has lost almost 2 lb in that time called tec line to report findings

the ujnit was still off when i arrived. flushed the system 3 times and replaced the valve and coupler. vacuummed the system down and filled to weight. ran test 4 and step 1 pressures equilized to 50psi quickly. step 4 low side pressure is 10psi and high side pressure is 150psi. step 5 low side pressure is 7psi and high side pressure is 165psi. the unit is cooling good. the unti si now good

"Inspected the unit. Found that the cx is saying that the Freezer has Iced up again. Checked the Freezer Section, found that the Evaporator is Iced Over half way. Checked the Thermistor. I'm getting 7.9 K Ohms. Ran Service Diagnostics Test on the unit to make sure Heater is activating. Ran Service Test 5 - Heater Element Test. Heater is activating. Installed new Thermistor. Unit is starting to Cool. Unit is working as Designed. Cx paid by Card. Cx is paid in full. If the cx calls back we will need to a Drain and Full on the Compressor. Parts that we will need is Drier = Wpw10143759 & Coupler = W11506635. Don't go without parts."
