I checked incoming power and it's getting 246v, 123v across L1 & L2 seperately. I opened the unit and checked the harness and connectors. I found the element connector was loose, all the fuses are good. I secured the element connector and tested the unit for the cx. The unit is working as designed."

"cx complaint is the unit not working after cancelling a self clean cycle. cx said she started cycle then cancelled it. lower oven never unlocked and unit will not allow her to start another clean cycle. checked for codes and found F2E1. cleared code and got lower door unlocked by activating lock in diagnostics. once door was open i could start and cancel cycles with no issues. started and canceled clean cycle as well, door latch worked. tested all features multiple times and no error codes returned. unit is working as designed."

"cx said they would like a 'maintance check' and told me the unit had a drain issue once. i checked for codes and found nothing saved. ran service cycle and unit completed cycle with no issues. inspected under unit, everything looks fine, no signs of leaks or bugs. inspected drain line under sink. its clean, no signs of blockage. door gasket looks good. filter was dirty and had some plastic stuck to it. cleaned the filter. i found some suds in the unit after service cycle. cx is using rinse aid but its set to max. i back it off a little to help with oversudsing. unit is working as designed and cx is happy."

CX complaint unit is not cooling properly in fridge compartment. Inspected unit and found temperature is at 57� in fridge and zero in freezer put unit into diagnostic mode. Checked refrigerator for Mr. and the temperature was about 30� difference colder than what my temperature probe said tested RC evap fan and that worked correctly. Removed evap fan assembly from refrigerator. Replaced with new one tested unit. Fan is now blowing as it should enter Mr. is reading properly in diagnostic mode. cx complaint she thinks unit was tunred on by it self wokeup one morning and oven was hot btu did say her son is sick and cant remeber what he does. inspected unitt and is unplugged and pulled out. so checked over unit all wiring lose good but power cord screws are loose so tighten then plugged unit in and checked for errors and had none. tested bake to 350 and reached it. called safety documented findings. told cx to keep an eye on unit and if she calls back order control

cx complaint carbon monoxide detector went off when stove was not in use. inspected unit and tested with detector and only got 90 ppm while unit preheated and ran for 20 mins. unit is well below threashold of 800ppm. called saftey and documented findings and they confirmed the unit can not emitt co2 unless there is gas burning. i checked over unit with a combustable gas detector the maintanace provided and did not find any raw gas either. saftey deemed unit is working as desinged. job completed.

CX complaint weird smell coming from fresh food compartment did notice odor was unable to pinpoint location of odor checked wire connections in roof behind control panel and lights also verified damper connections removed evaporator cover verified nothing on heater did not observe odor coming from freezer compartment CX then stated they smelled the odor randomly coming from behind the unit removed back panel from unit checked around compressor and fan found no abnormalities nor odors unable to locate odor adviced CX to do a deep clean of fresh food compartment and see if odor goes away. Prior to pulling Union apart down the freezer temp at 2� unit had full Frost pattern from top to bottom.

Cx complaint is that the dryer is not heating. Upon arrvial I verified that the unit is starting just not heating. I found that the unit ventilation is not evacutaing the air. I removed the rear cover and found that the element was reading 10.1 Ohms and the TCO is reading OL. i replaced the TCO and then tested the unit. Unit is now functioning as intended. I advised cx not to use the unit until the ductwork is cleared. Job complete
