cx complaint unit is not drying dishes. inspected unit opened it and cx ran load last night and all dishes inside are very dry snapped pic and she was amazed. checked for errors and had 9 2 ran service ccyle and unit is draining fine unit is brand new so letting the error slide. cx is using rinse aid but started. informeed cx it does take a couple washes for the rinse aid to coat the inside and could be a factor in what were dealing with. unit checked out good in diag. told cx to keep running it unit is working great. unit is good

"CX complaint gurgling from the back.Cx had a rtecorded sound but I also was able to confirm the noise coming from the sealed system. Unplugged the unit, the noise stopped after about a minute. Called tech line, spoke to Andy(sr 7733822661). He stated that the gurgling sound from the sealed system is normal but I can try to reduce the noise by moving the drier in horizontal position and the tight together drier and capillary tube by using mastic. Cx didn't want me to proceed with the repair, he wants to return the unit to Costco. He will call us back if Costco didn't accept the return. If we go back the part to be ordered is wp505587 sealer (mastic); ordrng 2 wp505587 (sealer (mastic))s"
