Cx complaint is that the unit frosts up. Upon arrival I found that the cx had defrosted the unit a few days ago. I removed the evap and found a normal frost pattern and the thermistor was not in the proper location. I tested the thermistor at the P8 connector and found that it was reading. OL. I then remove the connector at the thermistor and found it to be reading OL there as well. I quoted the cx for the cost of the repair. Cx paid in full. I was able to replace the fan and thermisotrs with the pre ID'd one. Unit is now functioning as intended. Job complete

"Cx complaint is that the unit does not always start a cycle, the sensing light will come on and not do anything after that. Upon arrival I found noe error codes. I then ran the diag test and found that the unit completed the test without any errors. I then started a normal cycle and found that the unit progressed without any issues. I let it run in the normal cycle for several minutes. I also started several other cycles and found that the unit was starting into the cycles as intended. I also ran a calibration test. "CX complaint unit not working. Inspected unit and found it was not powering on figure it out that one of the wires on the harness was corroded from the wash motor disconnecting from the sump and getting water on the harness. Reconnected the wash motor and cleaned off harness, tested unit, and it worked with no leaks explain to customer to fix this. The correct way we need to change the sump and the wiring harness. This is a temporary fix. The customer stated that if it does it again, theyre just going to get a new unit. Unit is not working as it should job complete."

"cx complaint unit makes a thumping noise for 7 seconds after the water is dispenced to the ice maker. inspected unit and i found the evap fan and condenser fan are running and sound normal. cx turned ice maker on and water and the ice maker harvested and called for water. those sounds all sounded normal. baffle motor did eventually open and she said thats one of the noises. i was able to enter diag and found baffle down vibrate some. i was able to remove it and place some sound tape around motor and plastic. it did drop the sound by 50%. I also found one gap in the RC door gasket, was able to heat it up to seal. was unable to duplicate second noise. adsvised cx to record noise. called TL to docunent issues."

CX complaint is humming whirling noise. Inspected tested and pulled and F7E7 error code for basket not reaching target speed. Replaced the capacitor in case it was week according to SM. Also found intallers put the dryer leveling legs on WM and no leveling legs on dryer. The dryer legs dont seat all the way inside WM therefore causing the unit to be off balance during heavier loads. There were no obstructions between tub and basket. Unit is now repaired and after retesting is working properly. Job is complete
