I checked the unit temp (unit is set to 37 & 0), the FC is good (0) but the RC is too warm (47). I ran test 1 & 2 for the thermistor they read 4 & 35. I ran test 56 & 57 for the evap fans, the FC ran fine but the RC fan did not run being covered in ice. The unit needs a new evap cover that includes the fan and thermistor. I changed the defrost cycle to an 8 hour cycle ( test 126). I'm ordering the part for the return visit. I collected the payment in full by CC. I attempted to broil and bake the lower oven and it produced no heat at all. I found no error code, but the lower fan is not running at all on lower fan speed test. It does run on high speed test. I see no damage on the element and the convection fan runs fine. I checked the wire at the Jbox and they are good as well. The unit will need new control boards to resolve the issue. Customer complaint is the unit's not cooling. Inspected unit found unit at about 41°. Remove evaporator cover and found just the cap tube and right after the captive had frost on it. I checked ants at compressor found unit pulling .82 amps. I checked pressures with my gauges found low side at negative 18 in and high side at 80 psi. I pulled unit into a 28 inch vacuum. I let unit sit for 15 minutes when I check the gauges unit was at - 26 in vacuum. I checked over the entire unit with my UV light and UV glasses and could not locate any dye coming from the unit. I called tech line and explain my findings and the issue with the unit not cooling. Tech line explain to me that they're putting the unit entry view and gave me a file number. I left this file number with the customer and advise them that the units going into review and Whirlpool will call me or the consumer next. F
