"cx complaint is the unit leaking from the bottom of the door. leak happens on all cycles. when i arrived door has some gunk on it at the bottom and unit had water stains down the front from middle of the door. cx is using HE detergent. checked for codes and found F0E2 oversuds, F8E1 long fill. cleared codes, ran service cycle. unit completed it with no issues or leaks. ran each water valve. all have good flow. ordering bellows to fix the leak issue.; ordrng 1 W11314648 (bellow)"

"cx complaint when using any cycle setting that has the spin speed at max the unit puts out a burning small and the unit makes a grinding noise. entered into diag and found 0 error codes. ran test 12 and found unit finished without issue. pulled out out and did found the rear cover was dented and rotor screw was hitting back panel. i then found the spin basket is moving inside tub and due to bad bearings. called TL (SR7735097251) was told to order tub assy, will use the rotor on return visit, stator, 2tech, 2 call count. called safety spoke to Kelly, was told the repair costs to much and they want the cx to call safety and they will swap the unit."

"cx complaint thick layer of ice building under ice bin. upon arrival unit not demonstrating issue because the cx already thawed all ice. explained to cx that in many cases it can be neccessary that we see the issue during service. ran following tests: test 31-16, test 16-22, test 97- valve opened and sent water as normal (into a cup), ran test 120 and icemaker harvested, but did not return to home position. attempted harvest again and now icemaker will not harvest at all (idles at step 01). cx reports unit only produces aout one tray of ice per day. temps in door icemaker area are higher than optimal however the fc temps show exactly 0.0 degrees. suspected failed icemaker, thermsitor not requesting cooling and unti not resetting to home position. unit will need icemaker."

cx complaint unit is leaking inspected unit and found it dripping from the valve maybe the 90 was over tighten i insall. replced valve and clamp reinstakked 90 with thread tape turned water on no leaks then ran unit no leaks. unit is good
