And removed door handle. I found that the dowl screw there were loose. I tightened out screws and reinstalled handle. I tightened all other door handles and unit is now working properly. Customer showed me frost on the top of food in the freezer. I advise customer make sure that they didn't have items larger than 2.75 inches in diameter in the pizza storage area cuz this could be hitting the upper drawer and keep in the drawer open allowing warm air to enter. Customer will keep an eye on the frost. I also adjusted defrost setting from adaptive defrost to basic defrost.

"cx complaint thick layer of ice building under ice bin. upon arrival unit not demonstrating issue because the cx already thawed all ice. explained to cx that in many cases it can be neccessary that we see the issue during service. ran following tests: test 31-16, test 16-22, test 97- valve opened and sent water as normal (into a cup), ran test 120 and icemaker harvested, but did not return to home position. attempted harvest again and now icemaker will not harvest at all (idles at step 01). cx reports unit only produces aout one tray of ice per day. temps in door icemaker area are higher than optimal however the fc temps show exactly 0.0 degrees. suspected failed icemaker, thermsitor not requesting cooling and unti not resetting to home position. unit will need icemaker."

Customer complaint is a unit's not making ice. Inspected unit found very little ice made in the ice bin. I put unit into test mode and check test 58. Test shows 01. For heater off and ice maker thermistor colder than harvest temperature. Which indicates that ice maker is within harvest temperature. I then checked test 56 for error codes and had E5 error code. Indicating ice maker thermistor bad and mold and cooling state for too long. I ran test 57 for harvest. Ice maker harvested and kicked out ice cubes. I ran test 45. Ice maker filled with water. I then ran test 36 ice maker fantastic. Ice make your fan activated and was blowing cold air out of the ice maker compartment. I believe unit has control issue and will need main control replaced. F5E1 Lid switch fault F2E1 Ui stuck key CX complaint unit will sometimes and cycle and leave clothes wet. Arrived to unit and inspected and found that customer just moved in the house with this unit. Put unit into diagnostic mode and check for Error codes. Found two error codes above. Cleared error codes and ran diagnostic cycle. Found unit completed cycle with no issues during cycle. The agitation process was very weak. Checked for error codes after cycle and had none. Lifted unit and inspected clutch clutch needs to be replaced due to ware. Found no oil from gearcase. Ordering lid latch as well. Quoted customer for repair. Customer paid 120.00 service call. CX complaint unit will not pump water into dishwasher and start washing dishes. After previous tech visit he had found that the unit needed a new harness and control. Arrived today and removed old parts and installed new ones as stated by previous tech powered unit back on and tested as soon as the unit got to the wash cycle. It started leaking water from underneath. Remove the unit and inspected and found that on wash motor black hose has a split and defective. "complaint is the same as back in 2020. screen fogs up when upper oven is used and unit displays F2E1. checked for codes and found F2E1, F6E9, F6E6. cleared codes. gasket looks fine and seem to be making contact with the door. i called techline as this is a repeat issue. they advised covering dishes or putting them in a oven bag to contain steam. they had me check continuity of UI harness to ACU. no issues with harness. SR#7735095847. ordering both control boards and marking UI for use on return. all parts to be installed together. cx wasent sure they wanted to pay for labor or have unit fixed beings they are so unhappy with unit. gave cx SR#. advised him to call our office if they want to cancel the return visit. cx said most likely will fix but wants to check with wife first and call whir; ordrng 1 W10801665 (control board) and 1 W11179310 (control board)"

"Cx complaint that the unit is not cooling at all in the RC. I inspected the unit to confirm the complaint. I checked the unit temp (unit is set to 37 & 0), the FC is good (0) but the RC is too warm (47). I ran test 1 & 2 for the thermistor they read 4 & 35. I ran test 56 & 57 for the evap fans, the FC ran fine but the RC fan did not run being covered in ice. The unit needs a new evap cover that includes the fan and thermistor. I changed the defrost cycle to an 8 hour cycle ( test 126). I'm ordering the part for the return visit. I collected the payment in full by CC. "cx complaint unit intermittently tripping circuit breaker after previous repair. pressed cancel to run drain pump and breaker didnt trip. ran diagnostics and have f7e1 single speed washmotor failure, fAe2 vent electrical problem, f9e1 long drain errors stored. ran test cycle and it completed without tripping breaker. ran fill and drain a few more times and still not tripping breaker. if unit is causing breaker to trip then its either cause of washmotor issue and its working too hard sometimes or vent not sealing and moisture inside door causing short. ordering sump asm and vent, advised cx to wait til after replacing parts to try replacing breaker if issue persists. call cx to schedule return visit once we have eta on parts; ordrng 1 W11416362 (sump asm) and 1 W11414073 (vent asm)"
