cx complaint unit still not holding temps. cx will cancel and restart cycle and see that its 25-30* lower than set temp and takes several minutes to finish preheating again. inspected unit and verified complaint. still has f3e3 error stored. called techline to see if meat probe shorting could cause unit to lose temp and he said it shouldnt cause this issue. techline did say that if cx cancels and restarts cycle it will always start 20-30* lower than set temp. TL recommended getting avg temp. put thermocouple foiled to center rack. unit finished preheating in 13min and held an avg temp of 356. advised cx unit is operating as designed and she may need to try different rack positions and bakeware materials for better browning.

Customer complaint is a unit is turning off after it starts and shows door open. Inspected unit customer stated that they just replace the door switch not that long ago and then the unit would work for a couple days. Customer would start the cycle and then a minute or two later the unit would shut off and display door open. I inspected you didn't remove control board I found burnt capacitor on back of the control board. And I looked up control board on tribbles and found it was no longer available due to the age of the unit. Cx complaint the unit doesn't meet temp. Entered into diag and found no error codes. Cx stated the unit displayed the temp of 167 degrees and shut off. Set both upper and lower ovens to 350 degrees and both reached temps without shutting off. Used temp probe on multi-meter to verify temps. Convection bake also worked. I was able to replace drive belt and test unit. no belt noise heard. cx complaint unit is leaking inspected unit and found it dripping from the valve maybe the 90 was over tighten i insall. replced valve and clamp reinstakked 90 with thread tape turned water on no leaks then ran unit no leaks. unit is good

"cx complaint when using any cycle setting that has the spin speed at max the unit puts out a burning small and the unit makes a grinding noise. entered into diag and found 0 error codes. ran test 12 and found unit finished without issue. pulled out out and did found the rear cover was dented and rotor screw was hitting back panel. i then found the spin basket is moving inside tub and due to bad bearings. called TL (SR7735097251) was told to order tub assy, will use the rotor on return visit, stator, 2tech, 2 call count. called safety spoke to Kelly, was told the repair costs to much and they want the cx to call safety and they will swap the unit."

cx complaint unit take several cycles to get dry clothes. ran unit and found unit heats. checked air flow and found the paper did not fall off the rack. went outside to find the vent was clogged. was able to clean out vent and retest. units air flow was 100% better. charged cx $120 service call and $45 in labor for cleaning the vent. unit now checks good.
