"cx complaint unit not completing cycles, only cycle that will run all the way thru is bulky. inspected unit and verified complaint. cx said another company has replaced control, actuator and cam asm. ran diagnostics and have f1e2 motor control fault. f2e1 stuck key errors stored. ran autotest and unit shut off during agitation. ran drain pump and it pumped all water out fine. ran spin and it shutoff again while trying to start spinning. motor checks good. replaced control, found old control had wire ties cut but still in the control meaning other company either gave her a used control or accidentally put old one back on. ran calibration and autotest, both completed properly and no errors came back. unit is now working properly."

CX complaint FRIDGE making ice - not dispensing. Prior 30days. Found ice bin is blocked up solid. Temps set to 39RC -6FC! Test evap fans condenser & icebox. No frost on RC evap. TSPs are for K74 & earlier. Dispenser door closes & icebin doors good seals. Frost in FC from doors not closing & rail lube is hardened. See SDpics. Warm air being drawn thru FC to ice in bin. Verified ports on door is clear. Cleared all ice & frost. Applied food grade lube rated to -45F to rails. Set temps to recommended. Select MAX ICE & COOL > JJ

Customer complaint is the unit's not cooling. Inspected unit found unit at about 41°. Remove evaporator cover and found just the cap tube and right after the captive had frost on it. I checked ants at compressor found unit pulling .82 amps. I checked pressures with my gauges found low side at negative 18 in and high side at 80 psi. I pulled unit into a 28 inch vacuum. I let unit sit for 15 minutes when I check the gauges unit was at - 26 in vacuum. I checked over the entire unit with my UV light and UV glasses and could not locate any dye coming from the unit. I called tech line and explain my findings and the issue with the unit not cooling. Tech line explain to me that they're putting the unit entry view and gave me a file number. I left this file number with the customer and advise them that the units going into review and Whirlpool will call me or the consumer next.

Cs unit doesnt want to start a cycle and it shows 'close lid' message on display. Confirmed complaint. Upon inspection i found the lid latch has failed and it wont lock the lid. Its getting voltage but it doesnt respond. Replaced lid latch and tested unit. Unit is now working properly. Found error code F2E1 HMI stuck button but i tested HMI and everything is working ok. May have been a false code.

Customer complaint is a unit is not powering on. Inspected unit found unit has 121 volts ac at the outlet. I was able to put unit into test mode but found that the power button is non-responsive. I replaced the console and ran auto test mode. Unit is now working properly.

"Customers complaint is a unit that maintaining temperatures. Inspected unit and found no error codes present at this time. Inspected temperature probe and found temperature probe is reading 1,080 ohms. I then cycled bake element in normal operation for bake and notice that the double line bakery relay with energize and de-energize while trying to warm up back to 350. This indicates that the relay was making contact and then not making contact I believe the issue was with the control. I quoted customer for replacing the control. Customer okay to repairs and paid and full with credit card. I then replace the control and tested unit. Units now working properly."

Cx complaint is unit says the load and go detergent level is at 50% and was not going down. inspected and verified complaint. cx had the detergent concentration level set to a higher level and the unit was not dispensing as much detergent as a result. lowered the concentration level per the cx and advised on filling and cleaning. checked for errors and none were present. also removed change that was in the washplate. tested unit and unit is working as designed. job complete
